Important notice: Maintenance work will be carried out in the neighborhood, which may cause occasional noise in certain areas.

This lovely stone house is located very close to the Sóller main square, only 5 minutes walking from the bars and restaurants. Ha been completely renovated with a very good taste and preserving all the traditional elements of the building.
The house is divided into three floors and offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dinning room, living room with sofa bed possibility and a little patio.
It offers a smart TV in the upstairs lounge, plus an additional TV on the ground floor.
The house has air conditioning.
It is ideal for hiking lovers, as it is a great spot to start any mountain route, but also for families with children.

Sóller has implemented a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) in the town center. To access the area by car, a municipal authorization is required, unless the vehicle is zero-emission.
The authorization allows circulation only (for example, to unload luggage), but it does NOT permit parking in the town center.
The authorization can be requested up to a maximum of 72 hours after entering the zone.
For parking, the Town Hall has provided public parking areas on the outskirts of the municipality, located approximately 15 minutes walking distance from the center.

This is a lovely little town house not far from the bustling square of Soller. It is a tall house with amazing glass stairs, and is roomy as it is on 4 levels. There are two shower rooms, the main one has a bath too. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable . There is a sunny upper sitting room which lets in lots of light. It has a simple and traditional decor which is lovely and reflects the fact that it’s an old house, typically Mallorcan. It also has a tiny outdoor courtyard which leads off the kitchen area. It’s a cool and shady house which is great when it’s very hot outside, and it’s in a quiet location. Host is very helpful and answers quickly and the house was spotlessly clean.

We had a lovely time and the property was just as described very simple but clean and ideal location for walking, hiking and easy access to the bus and train. I do not recommend trying to drive a car to the location unless you’re familiar with driving on tiny streets.

The townhouse was fantastic. It is on a quiet lane, but in a very close proximity to the Soller bustling centre. Everything is walkable. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances. We had a very relaxing there.

Excellent location, value for money, and host

The house is spacious and well-equipped for both work & play. Top-floor living space is wonderful for both. I stayed there for 3 mos., mostly alone, but host was very generous in supplying extra sheets & towels for my occasional guests. Virginia at Xisca Coll was always very responsive and helpful.The location is perfect; quiet street but a minimal walk to the town square. Guests s/b aware that half the staircase treads are glass; this was fine for me, but anyone w/a fear of heights or vertigo might be put off. Hot-water supply for back-to-back or simultaneous showers is limited & requires some scheduling/coordination. House is naturally cool in the winter & early spring but the heaters on each floor work well. A great find.

Funky flat in center of town!

It's not the Hilton, but we loved the this 4-story quirky but cool rowhouse apartment in central Soller. It is well-maintained, clean, and updated (the glass staircase is so neat, lets light in to lower levels). It was perfect for our family, clean, walking distance to everything in this adorable town.

Hidden gem

This was one of the most interesting quirky houses that we have stayed in - a traditional townhouse updated with a contemporary twist - the glass staircase was a surprise! Very well appointed and comfortable with everything that we needed. Its location was perfect - close to the town centre but away from all the tourist crowds yet so easy to get to the coast, local villages and Palma. We had a wonderful week.

Traditional townhouse in great town centre location

We enjoyed our stay in this traditional townhouse, set over a number of floors, it was clean and had plenty of space for the 4 of us. We stayed in December and the only heating comes from 3 aircon units but once they were on the house did warm up but bedrooms were cold and we could have done with some extra blankets. The glass staircase to the upper floor took some getting used to but is needed to let light into the lower floors as the house has very small windows. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Soller, easy walk to main square.

Our stay was very lovely. The place was 4 stories, very nice, it was very hot during the summer so the air conditioning was really good, but some fans would have been great for night time so you don’t get dry sore throats as we did! The location was amazing, so close to the square and all the shops. It was difficult to park close by, so make sure to check the parking signs if you have a car! We were overall very happy with this place, thank you Virginia.

Location location

It was our home base for 5 days. Very nice property on 5 floors. It was even too much space for the three of us. The location was just a few min walk. Driving into the small town and parking was the only challenge but a small price to pay for being in the perfect part of Mallorca.

Great stay, the festival celebrating the defeat of the Moors against theChristians was taking place for four days during our 6 day stay….spectacular……the house was only a short walk from the main square. Although the house was spacious it was dark with no views but it was still a pleasant stay. I would stay here again.

Home away from Home in Soller

This was our first visit to Soller, and its magical valley of nearby towns. Someone we had met in Palma had lived in Soller for a time, and said that passing through the tunnel into the valley was like going into a different world -- an enchanted world -- and indeed it was. This house is tidy and well-managed by a team who are knowledgeable of the area, and generous with their responses to inquiries about the house and how to make the best of our visit. The house itself is ideally located on a quiet street -- the silence at night as you fall asleep is astonishing -- yet located an easy 5-minute stroll to the liveliness main square and access to shopping. The house is clean and comfortable, not lacking in any of the basics, and makes you feel that you're very much part of this place. One note: this house is emphatically not for those who are challenged by stairs. Each of the main functions of living -- entry, cooking and eating, sleeping and bath, living -- is on a different floor. While we enjoyed this clear definition of space, it would be a lot of stairs for anyone who'd prefer to be on a single floor.
