It has a large garden with pool and barbecue to spend a family holiday and quiet, away from the typical bustle of tourist areas.
The spaces let in a lot of light. The furnished terrace offers a clear view of the nature surrounding the house.

Wonderful Finca near Biniali
If you like to stay in the countryside, this is a great place to be. Very nice and comfy Finca. Very friendly host, quick replies.

This was not our first time in Mallorca, but it was our first time in this finca. Mar is a great host and communication was quick and easy. The finca is a dream and can be recommended without reservation. If you know the area, you will know that a car is absolutely necessary. But you will be rewarded by the widely location and the view. I am sure that we will come back next year.

Très belle villa à 20 mn de Palma, calme et reposante.
Permet de rayonner du nord au sud et de l 'ouest à l'est, distances raisonnables .
Piscine très appréciable.
Echanges avec le propriétaire parfaites, hyper dispo et de bons conseils.

Super Finca / Top Vermieter
Kurzum: perfekt. Wir haben die wunderschöne Finca sehr genossen und zwei sehr schöne Wochen erlebt. Die Finca ist sauber, nach einer Woche wurde gereinigt und die Vermieterin ist sehr, sehr nett. Bei Nachfragen kam sofort eine Antwort und es wurde sofort für eine Lösung gesorgt. Sehr hilfsbereit.
Lage war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. 20 Minuten nach Palma, 30 Minuten nach Alcudia. Mietwagen ein Muss.
Wir kommen wieder.
