A beautiful house in a fantastic location with only 400 meters walking distance to the long stretch of white sand and turquoise water at Alcudia beach.
The house has 3 bedrooms, one master suite with a walk in closet, one bedroom with 2 separate beds and a very nice terrace facing the garden and pool and another bedroom with a 140 cm bed also facing the garden and pool. There is a good size bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. There is also an additional terrace facing the mountain side. In addition to this, we provide a baby cot if needed. For safety of small children, we have safety gates in the stair well.
Downstairs you find a very nice and fresh living room with modern furniture. 2 very comfortable sofas to watch what you prefer on a smart TV. There is a dining table suited for 5. Baby high chair and toddler chair is also available.
It’s a good size kitchen fully fitted with dishwasher and microwave and you can find everything you need to prepare all your meals during the day. There is also a door with direct access to the garden and outside dining area. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer, an iron board and iron adjacent to the kitchen.
You will also find another bathroom with a shower on this floor.
The beautiful garden offers a good size saltwater swimming pool, a refreshing grassy area with a lovely big olive tree where you can relax in the shade. You will also find an outdoor shower to freshen up perhaps after the beach. In addition, there is also a nice built-in barbeque where you can cook up a big meal for your family and friends.
The garden is the perfect place to enjoy your meals anytime during the day - there is a big sized teak table with a large parasol suited for 8 people or even a few more. After your meal you can relax on the terrace in the very comfortable lounge area, perhaps listen to your favorite music from your phone connected with the blue tooth speakers outdoor.
All 3 bedrooms and the living room has air conditioning - and of course you have wi-fi.
This total package will enable you to have an amazing and relaxing holiday that will hopefully make you come back soon again.

Brilliant home away from home

We loved this villa which we felt was a great home away from home.Our family particularly liked the garden with a great BBQ, dining area and pool.The location is superb.

Absolutely perfect stay — 10/10! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. We loved how close it was to the beach, shops, and plenty of great restaurants. The pool was clean, inviting, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. Check-in was super easy and hassle-free, which made arriving a breeze. Our host was friendly, easy to reach, and quick to respond to any questions, making everything stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday spot — highly recommended!

Lovely villa in a great location!

We had a fantastic time at this villa. Its close enough to Alcudia town and Alcudia port to have plenty to do but its in a lovely quiet location. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk and the local beach is amazing. The villa is very well provisioned, the pool is lovely and the host, Cecilia, couldn't be more helpful. Would definitely come back.

The property was beautiful & just what we needed for a relaxing week away . It has everything you need . The kitchen is stocked very well if you are wanting to stay in & cook . The swimming pool is fantastic & a really good size. There are shops restaurants & the beach in walking distance & the old town is a 10 minute bus ride . The only thing is I would definitely bring mosquitoes spray as there are a lot as near a lake

Lovely property and brilliant host

Property is set a little back from the beach (5 min walk) but nice and quiet. House was really nice to be in, clean and well decorated as well as functional for toddlers. The garden was a pleasant area to chill but there were lots of mosquitos because it’s on the canal (like most of Alcudia). Pool was too cold to enjoy in October but the sea was lovely and warm. Eat at Los Patitos - 5 minute walk if you stay here - delicious.

Brilliant!

Lovely villa, as described. Modern and clean. In a quiet location but with a 2 minute walk to lots of shops and restaurants. Also beach is close by, which was lovely and sandy, perfect for families. Cecilia was extremely helpful and very responsive to queries and helped us with our late arrival. The pool was wonderful and I have to say it was the best villa we have stayed in (and we have stayed in many!).

Just back from a lovely one week Stay in this villa, the villa has everything you could possibly need and more the pool is amazing, bed was really comfy too, we needed to speak to Cecilia for a couple of things and they were sorted straight away, quiet location but stones throw from bars and restaurants, we hired a car and went to Pollença which was beautiful Alcudia port is lovely too, only downside to stay moskitos, I have been bitten several times and we used a deet repellent, but didn’t work Worst time is early evening, thank you for letting us use your beautiful home would highly recommend 😊

Fantastic villa and location

Myself and my family stayed here for 1 week and we all ( 2 adults and 3 children (aged 20 ,17 and 14) loved it. That villa was spacious and airey and had everything you could want or need. That garden is a great place to relax in the sun plenty of seating ,sunbeds and an amazing pool. That villa is situated in a very peaceful area and if you have hired a car you can park right outside the front door. Amazingly with all the peace and relaxing that this villa gives you are only a 5 minute relaxing stroll to bars ,restaurants, shops and the beech. Cecilia is very helpful with the booking and will give you all the information you need. All in all a great villa ,garden and location and a very helpful owner in Cecilia. I would highly recommend and I thank Cecilia for making our holiday fantastic with this great villa.

Amazing stay in the villa !

Our group of 5 friends stayed in the villa for 6 days. The process was smooth from arrival to departure. Cecilia answered all of our questions, even before we had to ask them. The villa is really comfortable, spacious enough et the garden is soooo nice. We particularly enjoyed the pool. The house is well equipped : the kitchen is filled with utensils, the laundry room has everything you could need, and there are enough towels for bathing and going to the beach. Also, you can find all the beach and pool items you could wish for in the garden storage. To sum up, we had an amazing stay during which we could enjoy our holidays without worrying about practical matters. Cecilia was always available and so pleasant. Just pack your suitcases and come relax here ! Thanks again for everything Cecilia & Pete !

Wonderful family friendly home

After a faultless and easy booking process thanks to Cecilia's prompt and helpful service (emails answered within minutes) our family holiday was of to a wonderful start. On arrival the villa was easily accessible as per instructions by Cecilia and upon entering we were greeted by a spotlessly clean and very lovely villa. Every thing needed for our stay was included. The villa exceeded expectations from the comfortable homely interior to the garden area and the wonderful pool (which I had to drag my son out of everyday) We were 3 generations of family and all our needs we're catered for, bedrooms were a good size with very comfortable beds. Child gates top and bottom which were very handy when getting ready for a night out as I could leave my very lively 3 year old daughter contained :) Lots of English channels for the quieter moments. Also a tv in the master bedroom but no English channels that I could see but did have a DVD player. Just a short walk to the restaurants and long sandy child friendly beach, supermarkets also close by. I would highly recommend this villa to family and friends and look forward to spending time there again in the future.

Simply lovely private villa

Super villa, good location for beach and the local resturants and shops, but set away enough that felt very private and peaceful. Impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was with utensils, pots, pans and dishes. A real home from home. So often rentals have the bare minimum, so it was a resfreshing change. We loved the private garden and pool. The pool was well maintained and clean. Lots of spare towels in the utility, and lots of comfy seating options to enjoy the space. Everything was well looked after. We really appreaciated the aircon in the lounge area in the evening, as it was very hot durring our stay. So often you find just aircon in the bedrooms only. Our teen was glad that there were so many media options on the TV too! The most comfy bed in the master, we all slept so well. Cecilia and Per are great responsive hosts. We encountered a few technical issues during our stay. Both communicated with us swifty to resolve issues, arrange trades and keep us informed. They clearly care very much about their property and that guests have a good experince. I would'nt hesitate to recommend a stay here.

Schöne, gepflegte kleine Villa nicht zu weit weg vom Strand. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Es könnten etwas mehr kleine Handtücher da sein...fürs Gesicht etc. Aber sonst hat die Villa alles da. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie antwortet super schnell. 😄

Schönes Ferienhaus in der Stadt

Wir haben als fünfköpfige Familie den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich, die Lage ist zentrumsnah, dennoch ruhig. Zum Strand sind es maximal 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war immer freundlich. Eine herausragende Ferienwohnung.

Entspannte Tage auf Mallorca

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf Mallorca. Das Haus und der Garten waren toll für uns als Familie. Unser Sohn konnte im Garten spielen und durch die Poolmauer konnte er nicht einfach so ins Wasser fallen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und auch für kühle Abende konnten wir das Wohnzimmer mit der Klimaanlage etwas erwärmen. Der Kontakt mit Cecilia war angenehm und schnell. Vielen Dank.

Wunderbare Unterkunft!

Ich kann dieses hübsche Haus in Alcudia rundum empfehlen! Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet und es ist wirklich alles da, was man für einen tollen Urlaub brauchen könnte. Der hübsch angelegte Garten und der Pool laden zum stundenlangen Verweilen ein und die Kommunikation mit der Hauseigentümerin Cecilia war stets freundlich und zuverlässig. Liebe Cecilia! Herzlichen Dank für die tolle Zeit in ihrem schönen Haus!

Finka mit Pro und Contras

Wir sind mit 3 Generationen in die Finka. Pro - Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war sehr nett, schnell und unkompliziert. - Schnelle Problemlösung bei auslaufender Toilette (sonntags gefixt) - an sich war das natürlich unschön - Lage, ca 10 Min. vom Strand, allerdings an einem Kanal gelegen daher sehr viele Mücken, - Ausstattung Küche (außer siehe unten) - Schöner Garten - war gut geputzt Verbesserungswürdig - Mückenschutzgitter an Fenstern - Besteckmesser sind abgezählt (Gabeln gibt’s mehr), auch ein weiteres Schneidemesser wäre gut, Salatbesteck gibts keines - Duschverfugung ist verschimmelt und lönnte erneuert werden - Geländer Treppenhaus ist lose (für ältere und Gehbehinderte ein Problem), auch sonst ist vieles in die Jahre gekommen Schlecht - Pooltreppe für Ältere nicht erreichbar (entweder man klettert über Couch oder hangelt sich über Brüstung um eine Säule, Einstieg vom Beckenrand für Eltern/Kindern natürlich problemlos möglich - Finka ist für 6 Leute deutlich zu klein, zB. können im Wohnzimmer nur 4 bequem sitzen, am Esstisch gibt es gedrängt 5 Plätze, bei Regenwetter also ein Problem; 2 der 3 Schlafzimmer sind auch sehr klein, da passt neben einem Bett kein Stuhl mehr rein. Der Schrank ist mit Kissen/Decken schon recht gefüllt, Steckdosen sind nur erreichbar, wenn man das Bett verrückt. 3. Schlafzimmer ist geräumig. Also für eine Familie mit 2 -3 Kindern ok. mit 4 Erwachsen (ggf. noch plus Kinder) nicht zu empfehlen, insbesondere auch weil das ebenerdige Bad sehr eng

Jättebra boende och fantastiska värdar!

Vi bodde i huset i Alcudia under tre veckor i maj och kunde inte önska oss något mer av vår vistelse. Huset är trevligt, har allt man behöver och är mysigt. Rent, snyggt och kommunikationen med värdarna har fungerat utmärkt. Boendet rekommenderas varmt!
