This cosy apartment, with a simple terrace and located just 250 metres from the beach of Canyamel, in Capdepera, welcomes 4-5 people.

This first floor, without lift, offers a comfortable and functional room combining kitchen, dining room and living room. Here you can also relax on the sofa, watching SAT-TV, accompanied by the air conditioning (only cold air), after enjoying the delicious dishes prepared on the electric cooker. Please note that the kitchen equipment is basic and there is no washing machine, iron or ironing board available. There are two bedrooms with two single beds, air conditioning (cold air only) and wardrobe. One room has space for a cot and high chair, and the second room has access to a small terrace. The extra bed can be accommodated on the sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower.

Canyamel is a beautiful and quiet residential area in Capdepera with one of the best beaches in the area. It offers all needed services for your stay like supermarkets, bars and restaurants and the golf course also is near, about 7.2 km. The Caves of Srtà and the Tower of Canyamel are a must visit of the area.
