The room was lovely. Food great they had veal duck a la orange, pork and apple. Lots of vegaterian options. Pool is lovely and warm

Lovely property and really friendly staff. Our apartment was nice but very tired. Air conditioner was slow. Bathroom was very dated. A large gap around sliding door means you can hear everything in the bathroom. Overall apartment was nice and sited next to pool. Snack bar was good. Self service was helpful. All inclusive was good but only includes drinks with dinner. Bar prices are reasonable. The only downside was we found a cockroach in our bedroom

Rooms could use some updating. Walls were pretty thin so could hear neighbours to right and left

Not what it seems

They need to add pictures of what the room REALLY looks like. You DO NOT get a double room. Rather a double inside a really small box room. Hardly any space. This is NOT a 4 star. More like a 2 star. MAYBE a 3 star at best.

One of my worst hotel experience.

It was rated as a 4star on your website but I disagree completely. At best, it is a 3star. The hotel is in need of refurbishment. The cleanliness was a write off. No entertainment- no matter how subtle and the food was quite basic. The hotel staff are not prepared to host international tourists. We were disappointed. I wanted to leave as soon as I checked in. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone

The property was in a great location with a short 3min walk to the beachfront. The hotel staff were friendly & the hotel was very clean. Family rooms nice & spacious if travelling with kids. We were on half board and there was plenty of choice for the buffet breakfast and dinner.

Location is an easy taxi ride from the airport. Check in was smooth - staff were friendly and efficient. There's a main building and then several satellite buildings around the central pool courtyard. Property was clean and well maintained. The room was clean and well maintained - a little dated, but overall our family of four (two adults and two children) enjoyed our time in the 1 bedroom suite with fold out couch in the living room, fridge and small stovetop/microwave. Salt water pool was great - clean and plenty of lounge chairs. only criticism - the pool and pool bar hours are pretty limited (closes at 1900) - but plenty to do within easy walking distance of the hotel - great restaurants, the beach and very active night life. Breakfast buffet was included and had a great selection of foods for all appetites - clean and well prepared.

Close to the beach but not so close that you hear the noise. Decent breakfast and dinner choices for when you don't feel like leaving the property. Awesome pool, gym and lounging facilities.
