The exteriors of this picturesque house are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Surrounded by a beautiful garden area, you will find a private chlorine swimming pool of 10 m x 5 m and a depth ranging between 1.10 m and 2.10 m. Around the pool there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a porch, a barbecue and several corners where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. The property is fenced and the privacy is total. The interior of the two-storey house is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the ground floor you will find a small living room and a gas kitchen with all the necessary utensils to cook your favourite dishes, which you can enjoy at the table there or in the separate dining room. On the same floor there is a double bedroom with AC, heating and access to the garden, a separate bathroom with shower and a toilet. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a second living room with AC and Smart TV and the rest of the bedrooms, all of them with double bed, AC and heating. In addition, two of them have en-suite bathrooms, one with hydro-massage shower and the other with normal shower and dressing room. Another independent bathroom with shower and bathtub complete this floor, which also has a gym area. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair. The accommodation is located less than a kilometre from the centre of Algaida, a very welcoming inland village with traditional customs.
