- The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. Beautiful character villa in Marratxí, Palma Gorgeous new rustic style villa completely renovated in 2023 and also new furniture in the Sant Marçal residential and upper-class area (Marratxí), only 15 minutes from Palma old town. The villa is split into 2 floors and offers 3 double bedrooms, 3 complete bathrooms, eat in kitchen dining + living room (additional play room) and gorgeous terraces. On ground floor the property has one of the bedrooms and a bathroom plus a huge living room with access to the terrace and one reading space (chimney) and television (satellite) area. The independent dining room has also access to the terrace and garden. The 3 double bedrooms in first floor (1 with en suite bathroom) are distributed around a central play / multimedia room. Access to the first floor terrace / solarium.
The villa is south West oriented and offers nice views to the Tramuntana mountain and the Palma Bay. You won’t miss the Majorcan sunset from any of the terraces. Beautiful garden with pool (8*4 and salt water chlorination).
The villa offers all the needed comfort for a perfect holiday time: air conditioning, outdoor parking places, double glazed windows, underfloor heating, water decalcification and purification system, proximity of Palma Old Town (15 minutes) and Majorcan beaches (20 minutes).

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR LATE ARRIVALS:
BOOKED FLIGHTS MUST LAND IN PALMA BEFORE 9:00 PM. THE COLLECTION OF KEYS WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT ANY TIME (FLIGHT DELAYS, DELAYS IN THE COLLECTION OF THE RENTAL CAR, ETC) BUT THE ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON FLIGHTS THAT LAND IN PALMA AFTER 9:00 PM.
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required. 
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  
Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night.   
'NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED'.

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.

The villa is well located within a residential area. Supermarkets and other shopping facilities nearby. The house is newly renovated and very well equipped. We had some relaxing & nice holidays.

Looks better on the pictures / construction noise & more

Good things first: the house is really big and well equipped. Everything was clean.What was not good: the drain of one shower did not worked, lighting outside did not work. Both needed to be repaired while we were forced to wait for the handymen to let them in. Mosquitoes all over the place bc the sprinkler was running at night time. You literally could not sit outside in the evening without getting new bites every minute. Even though the pictures try to draw another pictures, the house is not in the middle of nature. It is part of a big checkboard pattern with neighbours in every direction. The worse part: directly opposite was a construction side and it was very noisy every time. No time to relax at the pool. They did not inform us about that which was not fair at all. Also, they were not accommodating at all in terms of a discount bc of that and the other problems we had. Not 1 Euro! For this price? Inacceptable. Would definitly not come again.

Tolle Urlaub...

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Ankunft und Abreise war gut organisiert. Wenn überhaupt etwas zu bemängeln war, höchstens bessere Pflege des Garten. Rundum war es eine tolle Erfahrung eine schöne Finca mehr im Landesinnere und doch nicht weit von Palma und Stränden zu mieten! Wir waren mit Villaonline sehr zufrieden. Alfredo war ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Manager. Ein Anruf und die Poolreinigung war sofort vor Ort und hat alles zum Besten erledigt! Danke nochmals für die tolle Organisation. Ein perfekter Urlaub!...

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt mit der Familie in der Villa Alenar. Alles war perfekt. Haus, Garten und Pool sind sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Mitten in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend gelegen und nur gute 15 Minuten vom Flughafen und Palma Stadt entfernt. Auch die Bucht von Alcudia erreicht man in einer halben Stunde. Einen großen Mercadona gibt es fünf Minuten entfernt. Die Betreuung von Villaonline war außergewöhnlich gut. Ein großes Dankeschön an Alfredo und Carol!!Katja & Olaf

Wonderful villa...

Wonderful villa in a location near everything. Just a few minutes from the airport and Palma city center. A nice place to relax and enjoy a holiday and house was equipped with everything you need for large group. Highly recommend. We really enjoyed the house. Everything was very perfect. We cook a lot and the huge kitchen and fridge/freezer was very helpful. A lot of plates/glasses/cutlery was also helpful. Alfredo was good help with a couple of restaurant suggestions. Communication was good. Thanks for everything.

Hemos pasado unas semanas en Villa Alenar estupendas, la casa es muy cómoda, con habitaciones grandes y buenos baños. La cocina es amplia y suficiente cristalería y vajilla para todos. La atención es muy buena, atienden rápidamente tus necesidades. Sin duda, volveremos.

Die Villa ist wirklich wunderschön und zeigt den genauen Ausbaustandard an. Top! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit vor Ort. Nach Palma Stadt sind es mit dem Auto ca. 20 Minuten und auch zum nächsten schönen Strand. Das Zentrum des Örtchens befindet sich auch in der Nähe. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend, alles hat funktioniert, bis auf den Grill. Die Kommunikation war auch toll, unsere Fragen sind rasch beantwortet worden. Great spacious villa ...

Simple, elegant interior. Well equipped kitchen + grill. Great salty pool! And pool towels. 3 great bedrooms upstairs with aircon. The 4th bedroom downstairs was a bit different without aircon and slightly less comfortable beds. We stayed 8 persons in total. Situated in a villa area outside Palma - rather calm but close to shopping facilities, and only 15-20 minutes drive to Palma city. Communication with villaonline was extremely easy both prior and during stay - and the information very accurate. Price was a great deal cheaper than booking via VRBO. Deposit refunded swiftly after our stay.

Wunderschönes Haus

Das Haus ist ein Traum. Der Aussenbereich ist wunderschön angelegt, der Pool nicht zu kalt und somit perfekt um mit kleinen Kindern zu plantschen. Die Küche ist ein Traum, ausser dass alle Messer unscharf sind, hats alles was man braucht. Unglücklich ist, dass das untere Zimmer keine Klimaanlage hat und es kaum abzukühlen ist. Die Lage ist top! 20min nach Palma, 20min zum Meer, 15min vom Flughafen.

Communication was always quick and constructive!...

We (4 adults and two little dogs) had the chance to spend two weeks in this beautiful house with an enchanting garden! We felt home from the first moment and enjoyed the incredible sunsets every evening! The location is perfect, the area very quiet and safe, the house gives you the perfect finca feeling while being very accessible. Communication was always quick and constructive! Would recommend this house to families with kids, couples and everyone who wants to wind down in this little paradise! Thank you very much!

Casa Espectacular!...

An absolutely lovely house. Great volumes and space for a full house party to be able to all also have individual space. Check-in/out was smooth and flexibility offered which was appreciated; the few details that needed attending to, were swiftly dealt with by the hosts which again was truly appreciated. The garden beautifully kept and pool with natural salt rather than chlorine a plus. Definitely a place to recommend.

Von der Übergabe bis zum Auschecken hat alles hervorragend funktioniert. Die Villa ist wunderschön, nur im unteren Schlafzimmer wäre eine Klimaanlage wünschenswert. Die Tips, die Alfredo uns bzgl Restaurants, Shopping etc gegeben hat, waren ebenfalls hervorragend. Vielen Dank noch mal dafür und auch für die super schnelle Kommunikation

All in all, the stay in the villa was great - the location is super, very quiet, the sunsets from the terrace fantastic and the pool brilliant. The communication was also great. Unfortunately, the dishes were a bit dirty, the interior design is not so modern and the equipment for cooking small (no salt, pepper, etc.). But overall it was a great stay!! Thank you so much!

La zona es muy tranquila y tiene una vista muy despejada al campo y al fondo la ciudad de Palma.Hemos pasado unos días estupendos y hemos podido llevar a nuestra pequeña mascota, lo cual es muy de agradecer ya que es uno más de la familia.Esperamos poder disfrutar de nuevo en esta estupenda villa que ha cumplido con creces nuestras espectativas.
