The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.

Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure. Meter readings will be taken both upon arrival and departure.
Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Additionally, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear meter. Please check availability.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

feeling right at home
We stayed at the Villa Fonte townhouse in Puerto Pollenca and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent: very close to the town centre, with shops, restaurants and the beach just a short walk away — ideal for getting around without needing a car.
The house had a cosy, family atmosphere, and there were quite a few British tourists staying in the village too, which gave us the feeling of being in a lively but relaxed environment with a good atmosphere, without losing any of the tranquillity.
Overall, the prime location and relaxed atmosphere with an international mix made the house feel really like home, perfect for a comfortable and affordable holiday.

Villa Fonte
We had a fantastic time at Villa Fonte. Katya was very helpful and was on hand to answer any questions we had, and even organised our transfers. We had four teenagers so the location was amazing. 5 mins to the beach and shops, the supermarket was 2 mins away and a short walk to the marina and all the restaurants meant that everyone was kept happy. Although it is on a street the house is very quiet and the swimming pool was very clean and a great place to cool down. A wonderful spot and I would recommend it.

A great discovery in Puerto Pollensa
The house is perfect, my parents, my partner, myself and my son were there and we had a great time.
The living room is spacious and comfortable, the kitchen perfectly equipped and the bedrooms spacious too. Although in my opinion the best part of the house is the pool and barbecue area, we spent most of our time there enjoying the food, swimming and sunbathing.
Another very important point is the location, only 100m from the beach, it is also located in a main street where there are shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
Lovely villa to spend a perfect holiday.

Our best getaway in Mallorca
We have just returned from spending a few days at the house we booked with Mallorca Holiday Properties, and the experience was fantastic.
From the very first moment, we were surprised by how well located the house is: close to the beach, the town and with easy access to everything we needed to enjoy ourselves without any complications.
The host deserves a 10/10: he was very friendly, attentive and gave us lots of local recommendations — bars, restaurants, cafés, places to visit — which really made a difference. Thanks to his advice, we discovered delicious places to eat, beautiful spots nearby, and were able to enjoy Mallorca as if we were locals.
If you are looking for a well-located place with a good atmosphere and an attentive host who will help you make the most of your holiday, I recommend it without hesitation. We came back delighted and eager to return.

After the initial shock of accessing the property through a wooden door on a busy street the villa itself was large and garden good. It could do with new fridge/freezer as there were no shelves in the fridge door.it would be useful to have more storage space for food we bought which didn't need to be refrigerated . Overall we had a good time once you got used to the road noise if you slept in the front.
