Room was clean and staff very friendly. Good value for money and a pleasant walking distance to town or very handy for buses. Excellent choice of hot breakfasts, plus cereals, with quick and friendly service. Option to dine in pleasant bar or restaurant for lovely evening meals very handy.

All the staff were welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed a cooked breakfast and had an evening meal one night which was very nice. Our room was basic but clean and the bed was comfortable. The only problem was it was really cold and we couldnt get the radiator to work. The TV was oddly positioned which meant we couldnt easily watch it but that wasnt an issue. The shower was an issue, it trickled out so it wasnt a pleasant experience but overal our stay was really good.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Stayed in room 1 over looking the main road which was very busy and noisy, so didn't have a very good nights sleep. Very dated property needs a lot of maintenance, paint and plaster coming of the walls. Doors didn't fit properly so a big gap under the door. Bathroom fitments either hanging of the wall or parts had been removed. Floor very uneven. Shower very small and a slow flow of water. Bed uncomfortable felt like I was sloping downhill. On the positive side it was clean, wifi was good and breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.

We booked a family room at the Wentworth arms for 1 night there was 2 single beds and a pull out sofa bed which wasn'tcomfortableat all for adults we had to put the kids in it to sleep. The room when we entered was smelling of old mouldy carpet. We had to go to the shop to get an air freshener to help disguise the smell which didn't help. The room had an ensuite with a shower which didn't seem to work all that good either from freezing to scalding hot not great for kids or adults to use. The room was tired and dated needed a deep clean. We did go for food in the bar which I had to send back as there was a long black hair in my steak they did take that meal off the bill as I couldn't eat it nor did I want anything else.

Okay

Clean but tired, paint peeling off the walls and other items needing maintenance. Noisy as on a busy road. Wifi poor. However it was clean and the staff were very friendly and attentive.
