This property has been completely remodeled, offering an immaculate modern mountain home. It is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, 300 sq. ft. above the standard 2 bed, 2 bathroom, comfortably accommodating 6 people. The open living area offers high ceilings, amazing mountain and ski-slope views, flatscreen TV, a double-sided gas fireplace, and new luxury vinyl flooring throughout. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa couch, in the den area, comfortable dining area, and remodeled kitchen with solid stone quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped for cooking a delicious meal. Off the main living area, there is a private patio with seating area overlooking the stunning scenery.

The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, with an ambient gas fireplace, closet space and dresser for ample clothing storage. The ensuite bathroom has new tile floors, a tub/shower that has been renovated with new tile and a solid stone quartz countertop vanity.

The second bedroom has two sets of single/twin over double/full bunkbeds, with closet and dresser. The second bathroom is shared with the common living area. There are brand new tile floors, a quartz countertop vanity, and updated tile in the shower/tub.

We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, and trash bags.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Juniper Springs Resort. There is a year-round heated pool, 3 jacuzzis, in-building laundry room with coin-machine, gym, and secure garage parking.

There is 1 parking pass permitted for this property - park in any open space available in the heated, underground parking garage. Please ensure parking pass is visible in your vehicle.

**Please note the jacuzzi/pool area will be closed for maintenance starting 4/13/2026 for approximately 3 weeks.

** Important: Ski-in/ski-out available ONLY when Chair 15 and Little Eagle Lodge are open (please see Mammoth Mountain website for details).
