This is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, two level, property with a 2 car garage located in Snowcreek Phase 4. It has a maximum occupancy of 10, which includes children of all ages. Pets, maximum 2 dogs, are welcomed with additional charges. TOML-CPAN-14431.
From the driveway walk your building's pathway, then up one exterior step to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door and you'll be on the ground level. You'll go up a set of steps to a mid level landing. From there the staircase splits and you can either go left up a set of steps to second level left or go right up a set of steps to second level right.
Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels. ⏧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows. ⏧ Bathrooms stocked with a full supply of bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmats for your stay.

The property is spacious and bedrooms are big. Love each suite has its bathroom. Condition is adequate. We also like the availability of laundry. Check in and out instructions are easy to understand. Enjoyed the walks nearby. We will consider coming back next time. The amenities are limited. We had to buy our own paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, and conditioner. There are no desks in the property which is a shame. It would be great to have a desk in each bedroom and better lighting to provide an adequate work environment.
Went and stayed with my family for a quick winter get away. The location was great close by plenty of places to go get food and cook and also close to restaurants to choose from. The house was very cozy and kept us all warm during the winter storm that came in one night. Look forward to come back again.
The property was as listed, and actually was a lot bigger than we had expected. Parking was easy, there was plenty of amenities within the home. It was about a mile and a half from âdowntown Mammothâ. Definitely would stay here again!
This side of town is great if you prefer a quiet neighborhood with awesome Mountain Views. Rooms were large and (thankfully) beds werenât stacked. Stream right out the master bedroom door. With snow it looked perfect.
Only real issue was challenging Internet if you have to have connection.
The cabin was very big and comfortably fit our whole group. We enjoyed the location and community. We did have trouble with the internet speed at time, most of us stayed on our data hotspot instead of the internet.
For anyone bringing pets, its a really good space, however I would call ahead as the pet fee is not added until after booking. For us it was worth the price.
Location fabulous. Landlord is abusing the price structure and not keeping his place adequately repaired. Screens were inoperable, carpets were devastatingly unhealthy and not suitable at any price point. This rental unit should not be on the market. An embarrassment at how much per night!
