The location is very convenient. Our room 2404 needed an update. The refrigerator was loud and both toilet tanks were leaking so they keep refilling and that was annoying when we were trying to sleep.

We had a late check in and were tired after a 6 hour drive . Our room was clean , but hiding was a mess of issues . Tub stopper didn’t lock to hold water and after a long drive a soaking bath sounded really nice, didn’t happen. Bedroom fan didn’t work along with both land phones. Kitchen sink wouldn’t drain due to garbage disposer not working and toilet would flush intermittently . Luckily we didn't spend too much time in the room, but for the price and quality this resort is know for , we were disappointed . When I brought a couple of these issues that we noticed the first night to the attention of the front desk , they were very nice and sent someone the next day to fix the fan and tub drain. The other issues came about the second day before checking out . I was offered a return of resort fees , which was good . I really felt a one night comp would have been justified , but after requesting that I was turned down . We’ve stayed here before and didn’t have any issues , so needless to say we were disappointed of the overall condition of this suite .
