We had such a fantastic day! The hotel was spotless, peaceful, and super welcoming. The staff was beyond friendly — they truly went out of their way to make sure we felt right at home. The beds were so comfy, and we didn’t have a single issue. The area felt very safe and was in a great location. We came in late after seeing TOP in concert at JL Live and had zero worries. Everything about our stay was wonderful — we’d absolutely stay here again!

I made my initial reservation here and then at 8:00pm the night before I got an email telling me they couldn't accommodate my reservation and were moving me to the hampton inn next door. Thankfully im the type of person who checks my email often. I called the Hampton Inn to see what type of room I was getting and it was nothing like the type of room that I booked at the residence inn that would accommodate my stay. Thankfully, I reached out too expedia, and their customer service was able to communicate with them and find a room that would work. It took me until almost ten o'clock to get this cleared up. So needless to say, I can't leave a true review because I didn't stay there. I was told the reason they couldn't accommodate my stay was because of students and concerts in town.etc. Which was the exact reason I booked at their hotel because my nephew and I were going to a concert. Expedia was amazing and gave me a $50 credit for my troubles. Which I thought was very nice because it was not expedia's fault. Not a peep from the residence inn. I will say the staff at the Hampton Inn Manassas that I stayed at were great. So be wary of booking at the residence inn, because they can just move you to another hotel and throw you in any type of room. I'm very thankful for expedias customer service and the staff at hampton inn.

I have no idea what the hotel is like. They cancelled my reservation made 4 months prior via email at 8:18pm the night before arrival advising they rebooked at a Hampton inn Hilton hotel in a room a faction of the size that would not accommodate my party and without even a mini frig when I had reserved a suite at their hotel.
