Location great for the Airport. Room was perfectly equipped, Staff friendly. Restaurant and bar area were cold - most people ate wearing their coats!! Food and drink was a little expensive for such a venue - I spent more on my evening meal and breakfast than the cost of the room! Breakfast was good although it would have been helpful to receive some direction as to where to find the coffee - the room is kind of tucked away and most people struggled to find it.

Stayed a few times now. Staff are really friendly, food is really good. Comfortable rooms/beds. The only thing is the temperature in the bar, it's really draughty. There was a constant queue of people checking in which meant the doors were open a lot. The staff had to wear coats to check people in

I arrived after 11pm and was given room 518. No one around except 1 checkin person. My room was very cold. No instructions on how thermostat worked. TV reception bad on all channels. jumped into bed asap for some warmth. Thought I had found a green light on thermostat but in the morning still cold and did not dare venture a shower. Not a cosy experience.
