The room was disgusting. Barely any light in the rooms. Pool closed, side doors to get in broken. My husband Went out to car at 1am and couldn’t get back in because the side doors that should allow you access with your room key didn’t work. BOTH OF THEM BROKEN! He was outside in my car for 3 hours. Thankfully I woke up and went looking for him and propped the door open with the cigarette dispenser. The pull out couch was awful. Wasn’t expecting a bed like experience but it was literally almost breaking. Not worth saving a few bucks. Won’t ever be back.

It was clean. The desk employees were mostly courteous. The only draw back was the toilet was too low, especially for older relatives.

The room was nice, no major complaints there. The breakfast was very minimum, and was very disappointed that the pool was not opened. we looked forwardnto using it during our stay. She said the maintance man was on vacation and it was about a week and a half that the pool was shut down due to a pipe, but when we took a walk around the hotel, we were able to see inside the pool, and the water was so green and there were new canvas pictures lined up all over the deck of the pool. It would have been nice to know this before we checked in or even at check in.

Property was way below average. Room looked like it was under construction. Patch work and holes in the wall. Also room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks outside of new bed sheets. Dead bugs throughout room. Mentioned to staff and said someone would be by and never happened. As for amenities advertised on site pool. Which was “out of order”. From the color of the water it looked like it hadn’t been used in years. Very limited breakfast options compared to other Days Inns I have stayed out. Overall very disappointed and wouldn’t pay to stay here again.

I reserved a room for the weekend but upon arrival found out that the hotel had a power outage and they couldn’t say when it would be restored. Nobody notified me before I got there. I did not stay and was put in a difficult position to find somewhere else to stay literally last minute. I still have not received my refund and the hotel is giving me the run around. Never stay here!!!

We arrived to an empty hotel with no lights on an a filthy broken restroom . A clerk that could not find out reservation. We declined to stay there but hotel would not refund our pre payment. Also the location was misleading as it was not 8 miles from Lititz as claimed.

Shortly after checking in, I was relaxing in the room and hear the door opening. The person at the desk who checked me in just walked straight into my room without knocking or announcing themselves. She apologized and said she had the wrong room. I was then woken up at 2am to the sound of water running into my room from a ceiling leak. I had trouble going back to sleep because of the sound of dripping water from the leak. No one was available at the front desk to report it. It must have been an ongoing issue because before it started raining, I noticed the yellow spot on the ceiling but thought nothing of it because I assumed the initial problem was fixed but the ceiling wasn’t replaced. I advised the attendant at the desk at checkout of the issue. I called in the following day to ask to speak to a manager and the woman who answered the phone was very rude. She refused to provide me the manager’s name and contact information and advised she would take a message. I WILL NEVER stay there again and will let everyone who asks know they are horrible and have horrible customer service

I traveled for an event in spooky nook. When we first got to hotel we noticed the building looked vacant. All doors locked. 1 car in parking lot. Many attempts to reach out with no answer. We seen a young woman and asked if she worked there. She proceeded to tell us yes and that there was no power and she would reach out to me if power comes back on but if it didn’t she would refund me. Luckily I decided find another place in the short time of me waiting. I never received a courtesy call from this establishment. Very unprofessional. I’m glad I did not wait on them to call me back. 2 days later still no call back. Highly disappointed. I don’t recommend this place. Place looks iffy and I am sure I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
