I never got to stay at chesla tower2 because they said expedia payment was pending. And they told me that my reservation wasn't at chesla tower2 they just use that address and try to redirect me to some other location. They told me that if i wanted to stay i had to pay again. So i had to find another hotel room somewhere else. This was a very horrible experience for me and ruined my trip when i get back home i will finish filing my claim with Expedia hoping to get reimbursed for what i have already paid for.
Never stayed here because there was no one available for check in. I had to make other arrangements. Ended up staying at Hudson Tower. It was almost double the price I booked on Expedia. Many other people have experienced the same issue. I felt like it was a scam.
this is where your money would be wasted! when you come on actual date of your accomodation, they will say that thereâs no available unit,then they will refer to other places like azure but you have to pay cash.itâs purely scammed place, totally a waste of time and money.BEWARE!!!
I booked an apartment last minute and texted the manager at 9.30 am as instructed. I then went to the area to wait for an answer. After 30 minutes i got help calling them as i dident have connection. They told me i can check in at around 13. I waited and the manager came to tell me my price was to cheap when i already payed and they confirmed my stay. The manager wanted me to pay 200 more pesos which i said no to. The manager then showed me to my room where she said i have to pay in cash cause i havent paid. I told her i already payed hotels.com and showed my bank. She refused to believe it so i had to contact support. Hotels support tries calling the owner twice to explain that i had payed but the owner dident answer. Manager tried forcing me out of WiFi in the room while i was in contact with support. I told her i need to stay to stay in the chat while she kept telling me to leave. I finally got refunded by hotels.com so i could pay in cash. The apartment was very unclean, there were still socks from last guest hanging in the shower and bugs everywhere( i have bugbites all over my legs). Me and the manager booked check out at 12. First a another lady who dident speak english came at 1 without my deposit. She then went to get the money but it took her 2 hours!! I missed my bus i booked because of it. Please dont book this, you will have a bad experience i am sure.
