I did not even stay for 5 minutes. I couldn't stand the bad musty smell. It is horrible! The staff are super nice and super polite, and I can't really blame them. But, good grief! The owner should fix that nasty smell problem.

The area around the property is dirty and sketchy. The hall carpeting was dirty. The shower only had one door which caused water splattering outside the shower area. In order to use the TV you had to suffer through the hotel promoting itself.

Hotel was supposedly 5 mins aeay from the airport. It took 20 mins to get there from the airport without traffic. Our room was dirty, the shower curtaineqs moldy and missing basic amenities like extra towels. Stay away.

I stayed at this hotel for a week, and I can honestly say I experienced many of the same pros and cons mentioned in other reviews. I originally booked my stay to begin on the day my flight arrived, I was to land in Manila at 2:30 AM. I reached out to the hotel to request an early check-in, but they informed me that I'd need to book an additional night to check in that early so I did. No big deal. Check-in itself went smoothly, but things went downhill when I saw my room. I was placed on the 3rd floor, which required a long walk through a maze of rooms and a dingy laundry area that looked like a dungeon. The room itself was disappointing: the shower showed signs of mold, the safe was broken, the air conditioning unit was old and dirty, and the TV was outdated with no app access and a fuzzy picture. I'm not usually one to complain, but I couldn't imagine staying in that room for a week. I requested an upgrade, and to their credit, the staff handled it well. Someone escorted me to a room on the 12th floor to check it out first. The difference was night and day: modern shower, newer TV, clean refrigerator, and a generally fresher feel. They charged an extra $20 USD per night for the upgrade, and it was absolutely worth it. I booked my original room through Expedia, and based on what I've read in travel forums, that might explain the lower-quality room. If I had stayed in the original room, this would've been a one-star review. ….
