The place is great. Room is spacious. Free shuttle from airport to the hotel. Staff are friendly and accomodating. Will definitely book again when I come back to Manila.

The hotel did not send a shuttle to the airport even after they confirmed that they would on my date of arrival. My room smelled stale. It is next to an abandoned building and the neighborhood is located in a poor area. I do not recommend it to solo women travelers. The pictures are deceiving.

The only major down side about this hotel is that it has limited parking spots in front of the hotel. They have additional parking area behind the property but is currently being renovated. There is not enough safe area for visitor to be dropped off if arriving by grab car since hotel is located along the busy national road. The hotel staff is friendly and very accommodating. The room and the entire hotel is clean. However, there is a musty smell in the elevator and in the hallways. If they can fix that problem, then I will give them an excellent rating.

Excellent customer service: security guard, concierge reception, maid, shuttle service driver. The only con was the lack of restaurants around the area especially at night. (which is beyond Skyport Hotel’s responsibility), but the hotel itself is exceptionally excellent for the price. Well maintained, clean, and champion customer service. I will definitely be staying here again next time, and perhaps buy my food somewhere before checking in.

I would certainly stay there again in the front desk. Staff were amazing and they gave me a ride to the airport at 2:30 in the morning no complaints. They were happy to do it. Definitely a good deal and a fair price.

Not a bad place to stay for 1 night during a layover for my connecting flight but the restaurant was closed and the room service non-existent so I had to nip to the convenience store for food. Not a salubrious area and no restaurants in sight. Reception gave me a free shuttle back to the airport in the morning, so well done for that.

Nice welcome. Missing a towel in room. No lotion,but hair and body. Bed was good, obe of the best in cebu. Because soft but strong not old and wornout. Bad shoping facilities but close to airport

Pas de navette à l’aéroport, j’ai attendu deux heures puis, j’ai pris un taxi quand je suis rentré dans ma chambre la 321 sentait vraiment les égouts. Je n’ai absolument rien dit, j’étais épuisé de mon vol pas de restaurant à l’hôtel, on m’a dit qu’il fallait commander Pour te faire livrer. trois quarts d’heure pour avoir le petit déjeuner. Pareil restaurant fermé, on est finalement monté trois quarts d’heure. Après on m’a demandé à des dépôts pour la chambre ça fait plus de trois jours que je suis rentré. Toujours rien sur mon compte.
