This place was a rip off. With false advertisement. The very reason I picked this place is because of parking included. It turns out parking was P500 a night which was scarce too. They told me it was optional. Intold them to change their ad and state optional as I wouldn’t have picked this If I have known parking was not included. The whole building smells like grease trap which made me puke a lot when we were staying there. The shower handle was broken and leaking, the internet didn’t have internet, and there was only one plug for anything like charging or even kettle. The sheets and pillow case they said available upon request but, never responded when we called since it smelled and seems like wasn’t changed. The very thing that I was concerned about was the infestation of roaches. As soon as we turned the lights off, roaches started crawling around and when we were sleeping it was crawling on us. Called and Told them about it. They said they don’t have another unit to put us in. They said someone just sprayed it before we came and even told us to spray it ourselves. I was only there for 3 days, thank God coz originally, I was gonna stay there for 3 weeks. The roaches were crawling all over our baggages and even food that we had to throw out. Had to spray everything ourselves which was really a hassle plus the Elevator that you had to key in RFID all the time and they only had one so we can’t even go separately and it was packed all the time. Whew!

Worst place ever. The place is dirty with unchanged bedsheet, unwashed towels, cockroaches everywhere. The host and assistant jessel are terrible in communication. They’re scamming guests for money. They even recommended me to do early check-in but once I got there i had to pay extra 100 philippine pesos per hour but didn’t tell me in advanced. The owner just told me all hotels are doing that. No explanation was written on expedia. Even the caretaker/cleaner lilybeth mentioned that the owner enjoys doing that guest for money tripping! Don’t stay here. The neighborhood is terrible!!!!!

Hi sir, thank you for. Your review as per investigation the owner told you that check in is at 2pm. You wanted to check in early so that have allowed u with early check in fee ànd the owner doesnt assist guests. owner owns 40 units in that building she can't speak to any guests. As per lilibeth you did not pay anything extra as u just wanted to leave ur things to go to gym till 2pm. This is actually very libelous. Fabricated. We will investigate your connection to a gay competitor.

Unpleasant booking

I was not able to stay because the property admin / guard on the lobby shooed us away because of the bldg lockdown. This is despite showing the confirmed booking. Please refund my booking fee

UTTER REGRETS

This urban deca is a condotel similar to a condo hotel or what is known as Air B&B. Read my through review experience staying in this 3 days here. The entire apartment or room or what you call it is so tiny and its only like 8 metre square for the entire place. There is no water heater and no toiletries so you must bring your own. Early check in must pay 100 peso more and they wanted to take extra from me for just 5 minutes early check in at 1.55pm where the actual check in is 2pm. There is a daily deposit of 100 peso which must be paid and by a hand written note and not a reciept. Day 1 is OK and room is small and aircon is cold. WiFi sucks with terrible slow speed and gets disconnected quite often. Even what's app messages could not be sent out and takes couple of minutes before it can send. You can imagine how slow it is. Day 2 the room is full of crockaches and that's very scary. I have no food in the room but it's crawling everywhere. Day 3 I decided to boil water and make a drink and the power trip and the light bulb blow. I turn the circuit breaker up but the bulb is gone and I have to sleep in total darkness but lucky my phone got light. I text the owner assistant that I want to check out at 930 and not to be late. I have a flight to catch. At 945 the assistant come but the deposit was not return and told me I need wait for another person to get my deposit back. Waited til 1015am and the person come. I think it's their tactic to get the deposit

HI I could hardly remember you but anyways we have to follow the chec in time so we wont be charged as it will be unfair towards other guests who also wants to check in early. everybody pays extra if they want to check in ahead of time. If you had problem with wifi you could contact us but you didnt, its a less than 900 peso a day unit you cant expect a five star services but we give a good service as we have to atten to many guests we may have mislooked some issues esp to guests who dont communicate with us. regarding the electricity u didnt complain to us and you could just switch the breaker again its very easy especially for a man. Regarding the deposit you mus have set the time of you check out with us as most guests check out at 12 noon if you have checked out early then you must have notified us. Its a 3 star place . We never forget to give people's deposit were in fact there were stains in your unit and damages but we didnt even charge you.
