- Check-in: From 15h00. A member of our staff will be waiting for you at the house upon your arrival. Check-in between 21h00 and 23:00h has a cost of 60€ and after 23:00h until 1:00h a cost of 100€.



- Check-out: Until 11:00 am. A member of our team will be waiting for you at the house at your departure.

- Due to new regulations concerning the impact of climate change, an additional charge will be applied in case of high water or electricity consumption, such as charging electric cars or high capacity batteries. This will cover the associated additional costs.



-All payments must be made by bank.



-The deposit will be returned at the end of your stay following the policies. It may take 7 days to make the return order.



- Due to climate change, governments may apply water restrictions, among others, which are not foreseeable and we cannot be held responsible. We apologize for any inconvenience
