Hôtel de bon niveau mais les services indispo

Hôtel de classe , bien situé, très bon breakfast mais à améliorer les viennoiseries. Le vrais problème été la non disponibilité des services de piscine spa pourtant un atout dans le choix de cet hôtel !!

Remboursement moitié de la somme

Bonjour, Je demande un remboursement de la moitié de la somme étant donné que j’ai pris cette hôtel pour une seule et unique raison qui était la piscine et que je n’ai pas été prévenu de son de sa non disponibilité de manière en défini. Donc au final j’ai payé presque deux cents euros une nuit pour ne même pas avoir de piscine alors que je venais principalement pour cela.

Hôtel au coeur de la ville avec restauration possible aux alentours, les lits sont spacieux et confortables. Tout est agréable, piscine, petit déjeuner ...

Parfait !

Hôtel très confortable. Piscine au dernier étage et aussi sauna et salle de sport. Personnel super. La. Chambre était très agréable et lumineuse. Salle de bain très bien.

Hôtel très moyen, pourrait faire nettement mieux!

hôtel vieillot, ascenseur en panne, mauvaise chambre reçue, lits séparés au lieu de double, ensuite après réclamation nous avons reçu une autre chambre, mais serviette absente, bouteille d'eau pétillante absente contrairement à l'autre chambre il a fallu nouveau faire une demande pour tout! Sauna très vient porte cassée et en plein courant d'air froid. Point positif: piscine est bien chauffée. Restaurant est plutôt bon. Petit déjeuner très standard, rien d'exceptionnel. Bref déjà vu nettement mieux pour le même prix.

Great location but unfortunately too noisy

Nice and comfortable hotel in the perfect location, right in the city centre. However it was expensive for what you got, especially with no free access to wifi. Unfortunately we were there during the weekend and the surroundings are very noisy - a small garden in front of the hotel where drunk people were shouting all night long and as the hotel had a strong heating you couldn't adjust, you couldn't sleep with the windows closed, so we had to deal with an extreamly noisy area until the morning and almost had no sleep. If you can get a room on the courtyard, it might be ok, on the street it's awful and for the high price, it's just impossible. Pity because it's very central but I won't get there again in any ways.

Hôtel moyen

Un hôtel assez moyen avec quelques détails vieillot comme une radio fm incorporée dans le mobilier. Café et thé à discrétion dans la chambre. Accueil correct mais sans chaleur. Lampe à IR dans la salle de bain (très agréable) Piscine et sauna un peu vieillot mais corrects
