This one had a great staff in every area!!
Front desk, breakfast folks, as well as housekeeping! Housekeeping folks were absolutely amazing! Typically you don’t get to interact with them much, but this time we did.
Due to some confusion our room being ready when it wasn’t, with 5 grandkids and carts of luggage it was a little irritating and stressful.
We mentioned it to the housekeeping crew and the young lady SPRUNG into action immediately!! Her fellow coworkers jumped in and helped her get started and they had it done in great time!
I was thoroughly impressed with their kindness, and readiness to help us. Their apologies weren’t necessary as mistakes happen, but their actions made up for it instantly. GREAT JOB!! I hope they get recognized by their upper people.
Cleanliness, good breakfast with great variety as well as some of the most comfortable bedding, Hampton doesn’t disappoint.

Outstanding food area

What stood out to me the most was the lady that was singlehanded running the food area for the 2 days we were there. She was friendly and concerned for the health safety of all the people walking through the food lines. I appreciated how hard she worked to keep up with the demand needed to feed everyone. Nice job!!
