Property was clean, pool had no secured lock so anyone could get in. We purchased good wine glasses and left for next guests. A few items in disrepair, but nothing that affected our stay. All bunk room beds were loud seemingly outfit with kid protection. House guest with bad pet & smoke allergies who didn't suffer. Thank you for describing no pets, no smoking accurately. Overall nice experience for 5 older gals on a wine weekend.
