We felt right at home in such a lovely, comfortable hotel. The hotel and surroundings we gorgeous! We had a slight concern about clean sheets, but it was taken care of instantly. The staff was warm and attentive. We will be back!

My husband and I loved and appreciated our stay at the Lodge. It was a great place to rest during a quick 3-day trip around Chelan/Manson. The Lodge had just about everything we needed, including toiletries, hairdryer, microwave, fridge, game room, pool, and beach towels. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. Super easy parking and check in. Although there were not many staff members on site, it was fine for a short visit. Some things to consider: - I would have preferred our room to be cleaned during the stay, but we were told there wasn’t enough staff available to get to our room that day (we were at the very end of the hall). They did change out our towels at our request which was very nice. - Water bottles would also have been a plus so we could’ve utilized the coffee/coffee maker that was provided! - Lastly, the bed mattresses caved down too much in the center of both the queens. Very little support for our backs. The sheets were very, very comfortable though! Overall, we both agreed we would probably stay here again on our next visit.

This was a great stay! Very walkable to lots of restaurants and wineries, but still quiet enough to relax. It was a great way to get away from the city for a little bit!

I seriously cannot wait to go back. We are already looking at our schedules to book another trip. This hotel was perfect. It was clean. It was nice. The pool was amazing and walking distance to all of downtown Manson, which was perfect. Can’t wait to go back.

The place is clean and the front desk was really nice. The only problem we had was our door. The lock wasn't working. We couldn't lock it from the inside. The code only worked one time, then it just started beeping everytime we put the code in, so we just used the spare key to lock and unlock the door.

Weird that there was no staff. And when they were there they didn’t talk to you or greet you. Didn’t see any kid friendly places to eat or go to.

Hotel price hotel rooms but motel services. It’s nice room very spacious but The front staff off work from 5:30pm. We had two rooms one room got no cleaning for one day and other room had no coffee or tea refills. So there was no front desk people to ask and there was no coffee or tea available at the front desk. The room service was very basic. They changed towels and made the bed plus changed the garbage bags…… that’s it. Don’t ask for detailed room cleanup

Disappointing

I was very disappointed with the property. It was not close to the water. I asked for a top floor room and got put on the first floor which I did not like at all. Unable to open the curtain because it was right alongside a walkway, so it was like a cave. Yuck. I will not stay here again.
