Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Poco's Retreat is located near Pendleton Bridge just south of Highway 6. You have 4 bedrooms 3 baths. Location is private with a great view of Toledo Bend to enjoy great Sunsets. Poco has a private boat ramp and dock. Sleeps a large group and is great for a family gathering. You are minutes from gas stations, Dollar General, Market Basket, Family Dollare and places to eat.
Poco’s Retreat will be clean and in working condition. No compensations will be given for non-working items outside the owner’s control, including but not limited to power outages, TV outages, internet outages etc. For items inside the owner’s control, the owners will make every attempt to rectify problems that may occur while you are in the home. It is the renter’s responsibility to notify the owner immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or any other compensation will be given for the problems that the owner is able to rectify within a reasonable time frame.
Poco’s Retreat is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
By your confirmation, guests booking Poco’s Retreat are hereby agreeing to all terms and conditions of this agreement.
