Enjoy your morning coffee on the front balcony or entertain on the large back deck, complete with two outdoor dining tables.
The downstairs includes the 4th bedroom, a media room, a second bathroom, and laundry facilities.
The backyard is fully fenced, making it ideal for kids, with a lush lawn and outdoor shower.
Our property is child safe and has safety gates installed at the top of the stairs indoors and outdoors.
