Grassy Key Family Friendly Home to Get Away From it All! This Grassy Key home has open-water views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean. Blue Breeze includes plenty of parking for a boat trailer and vehicles.
The Space:
Nestled within the tranquil Grassy Key neighborhood, Blue Breeze offers an idyllic escape. This spacious 3-bedroom residence features a wrap-around deck, providing panoramic vistas of both the Gulf and the Atlantic. Blue Breeze boasts a newly constructed private pool, a 35 ft boat dock, ample boat trailer parking, and complimentary kayak access, ensuring there's something for everyone without leaving the confines of your home.
The interior highlights encompass:
- A convenient storage closet on the first level.
- A capacious open kitchen, dining, and living area on the second floor.
- A half bath on the main floor.
- A laundry room on the main floor.
The top floor reveals:
- A guest room with a king-sized bed, offering Gulf-facing views and a balcony.
- A bunkbed room with Gulf-facing views and a balcony.
- A full guest bathroom.
- A master suite complete with a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and a generously-sized bathroom equipped with a tub and shower.
Outdoor amenities include:
- A pristine, brand-new private pool.
- Dockage suitable for a 35-foot boat.
- Ample parking space for vehicles, trucks, and boat trailers.
- The provision of two kayaks along with four personal flotation devices (PFDs).
- A BBQ grill for delightful outdoor cooking.
- Shaded outdoor seating comprising a table and chairs.
- Parking capacity for three vehicles and one boat trailer.
For pet lovers, Blue Breeze accommodates two dogs weighing less than 50 lbs, subject to a non-refundable pet fee of $250 (larger pets may be considered with prior approval). The Florida Keys offer several dog-friendly attractions, including Coco Plum Beach, Marathon Dog Park, and The Dolphin Research Center. Should you not be traveling with a pet, kindly inform us, and we will adjust the charge accordingly.
Blue Breeze enjoys a convenient location near US1, with two nearby public beaches and a state park. You can reach Coco Plum in just 10 minutes, Sombrero Beach in 20 minutes, and Curry Hammock State Park is a mere 8-minute drive from the home.

From November - April, there is an additional $150 charge/week for pool heat already included in your quoted price. We do recommend heating the pool during this time for optimal comfort and enjoyment. You may contact us if you do not want to have the pool heat on, for a $150 discount.
Booking Policies:
Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants.
Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date, you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the deposit will be the only amount refunded.
Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive an Adobe E-Sign contract for signing. Once signed, the contract will be automatically returned to us.
Payment Options: The total reservation charges include credit card processing fees by default. We are happy to accept checks or EFT bank payments with no additional fees, and in those cases, the processing fees can be removed from your total once you confirm your preferred payment method. Credit card payments are subject to the following fees:
– Visa, MasterCard, and Discover incur a 3.5% processing fee (excluding taxes and deposit)
– American Express incurs an additional 0.99% fee (excluding taxes and deposit)
