Sombrero Beach Villa with Private Pool and Dock

This beautiful villa was built in 2017, making it one of the newest and modern homes in the Florida Keys. There are numerous qualities that make this villa an ideal place to call home for your travels, such as: location, amenities, comfort, and style.

Marathon, Florida is in the middle of all the beauty and action of what the Florida Keys have to offer. Many popular attractions are just minutes away! There are many award winning and highly rated restaurants on Tripadvisor at a walking distance or short car ride away. Sombrero Beach is a public beach offering complimentary parking, outdoor grilling, kayak launching area, beach volleyball, children play area, and public restrooms. At a walking or bike ride distance from our home: Publix Supermarket, KMart, McDonalds, Walgreens, USPS, UPS, and Ice Cream Parlor to just name a few.

Our large 40 foot dock offers our guest the option to bring their boats, jetskis, and waverunners, or be able to rent them locally and have easy access to them directly from their home. The dock contains washing supplies such as a hose and an electrical outlet, all for our guests convenience. And better way to enjoy a beautiful sunny day than with a dip in the pool. Our pool offers a two person bench with a water jet and an LED light to set the perfect night time atmosphere. And now, you can enjoy the pool during winter season with our newly installed pool water heater!

This home comes equipped with all things necessary in making your vacation memorable. Beach, shower, and face towels are all included with your stay. Starter shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and shower gels are placed in each bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, serving dishes, large plates, salad plates, bowls, mugs, glass cups, wine glasses, and much more.

Great place and location. We really enjoyed our stay. The balcony and pool area were great. Kayaks were a great bonus, even has a lower dock to easily get in and out of the water. The refrigerator downstairs was nice to have to.

Beautiful home with pool, corn hole, bikes and a canal to fish! Loved riding the bikes to Sombrero Beach to watch the sunset! The home has very comfortable beds and everything provided for you. We will definitely come back!

The home is beautiful and very clean. The kitchen had all the cookware and items we needed. The pool was beautiful and the home is on a canal which was nice to fish off the dock. We were able to manatees swimming in the canal. The house was in a great location with a grocery store nearby. The owner was very quick to respond to text messages. We had a great week and would stay here again.

Well appointed with a great location

We are on our way home and are already looking for dates for next year. We took our 3 grown children, their spouses, and 1 grandbaby for the week. The property had everything we needed (and even stuff we didn’t know we needed). The pool is on the smaller side but plenty of room for us all to stay cool. An hour from Key West, or Key Largo and super close to grocery stores, the beach, and restaurants. Our host was very quick to answer any questions we had. The kids loved havthe bikes and kayaks, to go off and explore and we really enjoyed the manatees that visited regularly.

Beautiful Keys Property

Thank you so much to Elizabeth and team for our fantastic stay at Keys Ohana. The experience was beyond our expectations! The house is more beautiful than the photos let on. The setup of the house was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 adults and 2 children - we had room to spare. The pool was perfect and heated in the spring months. We saw manatees off the dock and also rented a pontoon boat for a couple of days and docked it right there. Elizabeth was quickly responsive to our questions. We cannot wait to come back!

Dear Old Friends Trip

A group of 7 friends for over 50 years. This place was wonderful. Absolutely everything we needed was available for our use. The pool was a happy favorite!! The home was clean, modern and beautiful. Family Vacation - Best Week!

We had the best time in Marathon! The house was exactly what we needed for 6 adults, 1 toddler, & 1 infant. Location was perfect - 5 mins from the beach & right next to Publix/stores you might need to run to quick! We loved spending our mornings on the deck before the beach & then coming home for lunch to relax by the pool the rest of the day. Communication with the home owner was great - we had a couple questions come up through the week & they were quick to respond and very helpful! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful vacation in the Keys!

The house was very modern with a lot of upgrades that made for a comfortable stay. It was well equipped and very clean. We enjoyed using the pool, kayaks, as well as the dock (we rented a boat). The location is ideal, very close to the grocery store and only a few minute drive to Sombrero Beach. We highly recommend this house!

A Little Piece of Paradise

Amazing home to spend your next family vacation! The location was perfect to walk to the grocery store along with the beach - bike too. We loved spending time in the pool and hanging out watching tv outside.The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Clean and shiny from top to bottom. Great Place for the Family

This place was great to bring my family to. The pool was definitely the highlight for the family, and the dock made fishing with the kids a fun easy experience. Great Vacation!!

Our stay here was beyond great! We brought the boat and kept it at the homes dock. We went fishing, diving and relaxing at a sandbar! The house is clean, well furnished and very comfortable. The swimming pool and patio area under the home is really nice! Our oldest son’s car battery was dead on departure day and I had no tools. Arty had tools and he cleaned the terminals and we jumped his car. This was really nice of Arty! Thank you! In my fifty some years of life our vacation at this home in Marathon is a top two favorite! Thank you Elizabeth!

Perfect Getaway

We go to the Keys every year and this was our first time at this house. Everything was perfect - location, rooms, bathrooms, pool… you name it. If you’re looking at the Keys for the first time, stay in Marathon and stay here. You’re a 1 minute drive or 5 minute walk to multiple grocery stores. Dock access. Close to Sombrero Beach and several great restaurants. 1-hour to Key West or 1-hour back to Key Largo. We visited all the Keys, as always, but really loved our time hanging out in the outdoor area, listening to music, and playing in the pool. Fully recommend staying here.

We didn't realize the property was a duplex, but that was absolutely no issue. There is ample parking. The pool area is perfect. We were very comfortable and would definitely book here again. Any time we reached out, the response was quick and helpful.
