Amazing place

Low standard, dated, expensive

Overpriced for what it is, even for Marbella. The rooms are dated, worn out and is in urgent need for repairs (lights, broken furniture) in the short-term and a full modernization in the medium-term. No amenities. I only stayed here because my initial booking had to cancel - and I will never return.

I tried to explain that my elderly parents couldn’t go up and down that many steps all over the property. The front desk, Chris didn’t even showed empathy. The AC was also not working and everything smelled old and mildew. We left the same night and will dispute the full 3 day stay that I paid for

The property was in perfect coditions, obviously you did not read the description of the property before you booked, which clearly states that it is not suitable for people with walking difficulties

Poor maid service and smoking is bad!

Smelled like cigar smoke, no toilet paper, dirty or cleaning products for the kitchen.

Alpha townhouse

We know the block well having lived nearby all the staff very helpful we were upgraded from an apartment to a two bed townhouse nice surprise we would definitely return
