Luxurious 5* beachside villa with private pool

Villa Perla is located in the beachside urbanization of Marbesa, nestled between the town of Elveria and the popular port of Cabopino.

From the moment you enter the property you will be transported into a calm tranquil oasis with each room offering it’s own individual tropical twist.

If you’re keen to sample the local bars and restaurants, a short stroll of less than 5 minutes will take you to a selection of fantastic beach restaurants.

The villa sleeps up to 8 people comfortably, with two double bedrooms that have their own ensuites and two more double bedrooms on the ground floor with a shared bathroom. The master ensuite is guaranteed to impress with its beautiful exotic decor and large terrace with sea views. This is the perfect relaxation area for a nice coffee in the morning or to enjoy an evening aperatif whilst watching the beautiful sunsets on offer all year round in Marbella.

There is a large terrace on the ground floor with dining for 8 people, a BBQ and a tiki sytle pergola. This is the perfect outdoor entertaining space that you will not want to leave!
There are nearby restaurants, supermarkets, and beach bars such as the famous Nikki beach nearby with many golf courses within just a short drive.

Overall this is a fantastic property to spend a holiday with the family or friends! The villa is superb with all the facilities you need and it was spotless. Julia, the host was fantastic and on the end of messages when needed (this was only when there was an issue with the pool, which was quickly dealt with). The location is perfect, with a short walk to the beach and a few restaurants, and with only short drives to more beaches and Marbella. Overall i cannot state enough what a superb holiday we had, which was due to staying at Julias villa. I would recommend to anybody due the property, facilities, location, ameneties and host! Thank you again! *****

We spent eight wonderful days in this beautiful villa and felt completely comfortable from the very first moment. The house was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, and the pool was absolutely amazing. Communication with the host was excellent – always friendly, quick, and very helpful. We love this place!

We hebben de villa voor 2 weken geboekt en wat hebben we ervan genoten. Het ligt in een rustige wijk maar heeft wel alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. Op loop afstand meerdere goede restaurants aan het strand. Op korte rij afstand goede supermarkten en natuurlijk Marbella & Malaga. Het huis is voorzien van alle gemakken die je zoekt voor een fijne vakantie. Het huis is super netjes en super schoon. De bedden liggen lekker. (Enige minpunt, wij zijn erg lang 1.95m waardoor het bed wat aan de korte kant is) Goede waterdruk van de douche en snel op temperatuur. De bank in de woonkamer is ook een heerlijke plek om 's avonds met het gezin een film te kijken. In de periode dat wij er waren bleef het huis koel waardoor we de airco niet nodig hadden. De tuin is perfect. Met een heerlijk zwembad die elke dag goed op temperatuur is. Op het moment van ons verblijf waren er helaas bouw werkzaamheden aan het huis achter de villa. Hierdoor wel geluidsoverlast gehad en veel inkijken van de bouwvakkers. Dat was erg jammer. We hopen dat het huis snel af is en dat de toekomstige gasten in alle rust kunnen genieten van deze fijne villa. (Het is al een bestaande woonwijk, dus het was enkel dat huis waaraan gewerkt werd) De gastvrouw is super vriendelijk en bij vragen reageerde ze meteen, dan was erg fijn. Verder is de woonwijk goed beveiligd. Er rijd regelmatig een security auto rond, dit vonden wij erg fijn. Wij kunnen dit huis aan iedereen aanbevelen.

Beautiful Villa in a Great Location

Villa Perla is a beautiful home from home with all that you would expect in a luxury space. The accomodation is beautiful and spacious and the garden and pool area is lovely. Great location to walk to the beach and great restaurants and beach clubs. Lots of great golf courses nearby too. Julia the host is very excellent and very responsible to any queries or issues.

Great Location

Nice property in a great location. There was a lot of building work going on next door to the property which did impact our stay but the owner had already communicated this to us prior to our arrival. The property is on a very nice street 10 mins to restaurants, the beach and a supermarket.

Beautiful Villa with excellent outside space in a lovely location

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Villa Perla. Communication with the villa owner was clear and she made regular contact throughout our stay to ensure everything was okay. There are many restaurants and beach clubs within an easy walk so didn't need the car too much. The villa is well appointed and so nice to have beach as well as pool towels. Would definitely recommend a stay at this villa.

Perfekter Urlaub in wunderschöneme Ambiente

Wir waren im September fĂŒr eine Woche in der Villa Perla. Das Haus, Garten und Pool sind sehr gepflegt und das Interieur ist sehr geschmackvoll. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und mehr als ausreichend. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war ĂŒberaus freundlich und wir haben von Ihr Tips zu besonderen Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichkeiten bekommen. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen.

Great Family Holiday

Fantastic family holiday the Villa was great with a lovely garden and pool area with various seating areas that really suited our requirements. The villa is located in a nice quiet area only 5 minutes walk from the beach and a couple of beach bar/restaurants; however, for most restaurants and bars you will need a car or to take a taxi. Julia was really helpful during the whole booking process and for any queries during our stay. I would reccomend for anyone looking for a great family villa.

Fantastic family holiday!

Just returned from a fabulous week's holiday at this Villa with my wife, kids and parents. Julia, the host, was great. Very accommodating and excellent communication, even sorted us out some USB phone chargers and charcoal for BBQ ready for when we arrived! It was in easy walking distance from a number of restaurants and shops. My Dad and I played golf at the Cabopino golf course (less than 10 minutes) and my wife and I went into Marbella (roughly 20 minutes) for a meal on our own, both times we booked Ubers which were easy to book, always in the area and very reasonable. The villa itself had everything we needed. Large airy rooms, modern throughout and extremely clean. Well fitted kitchen and outdoor BBQ which we used most nights. The pool was great which the kids spent most of the days in! Plenty of outside seating options with shady and sunny spaces available at all parts of the day. All in all a fantastic holiday largely down to the this great villa.
