The condo was exactly as pictured on VRBO. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The sunset view was stunning. Lou was amazing. From the day we submitted our down payment to to check in and with any questions he was very responsive and helpful. There was an enforceable issue with a pipe burst and Lou was so accommodating and helpful. He went above and beyond and we are so grateful . We hope to go back next year! Thank you again Lou!!

Nice condo that was clean right on beach. Beautiful views. Nice pool that was warm Close to restaurants. Had all the beach gear we needed and everything needed in the kitchen. Owner was very responsive. We would stay here again.

It a little out dated, but had every thing we needed. Had a problem with the ac when we first arrived on Saturday, had it fixed on Monday but with the nice breeze off the gulf we made it through the first two night. The owner was very easy to work with. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was lovely and we had everything we could have possibly needed. The view was amazing, and the condo had everything we needed. Host was an excellent communicator Only suggestion would be for new beach chairs as some were broken, and a deep clean of cupboards, dressers, and refrigerator.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a great week at Lou's condo in Sea Winds. Can't say enough good things about the location. South Beach was beautiful, and our section of the beach was not crowded (unlike the public access area which was packed daily). The condo was clean, and everything was in good working condition and just as described. Appreciated the pickleball paddles and balls, and the courts are nice. The pool and hot tub were great, and we were always able to find chairs. We will be back!

Sunset on your balcony

Location is awesome. Short walk to beach and watch the sun kiss the Gulf of Mexico from your Balcony. Very nice pool and hot tub. The condo has everything you need for a nice stay. Supermarket and restaurants close by. Communication is very quick with newer owner, older reviews should not apply. He added newer beds and furniture. Has beach chairs, small umbrella, and toys with a beach wagon to carry them to beach. I would book again whenOn the island.

Not Quite "Perfect" but Definitely Very Good

When a Vrbo listing is aggressively titled, "Perfect Beachfront condo," it's reasonable to expect perfection... right? (We've experienced perfection on Marco before.) PROS - Perfect location, view & sunsets - Relatively quiet days & nights - Comfortable beds - Nicely decorated - 5 & 2.4 GHz WiFi - Handy kitchen, appliances lg & sm, silverware, tools, pots & pans, spices - Useful brooms, dustpan, etc. - Very nice shared pool (max 6.5' depth) & pool area - Hot tub next to the pool - Private lanai with table, chairs & padded chaise lounge - Beach items & wagon provided - Great communication by the owner, start to finish CONS - Floors need a thorough cleaning (going barefoot was rather unpleasant) - Pocket door (2nd bedroom) doesn't work, off track - Kitchen lacked liquid dish soap & scrubber (they're there now ;), sharp knives, cutting board, replacement trash bags - Air fryer & broiler pan were dirty - Dryer lint trap was full - Three of the four beach chairs are broken or too rusty/cracked to use - Beach umbrella seemed to be disintegrating (didn't use) - WiFi very weak on lanai (relocate router to laundry room so fewer walls block the signal?) A few of those cons would go away if the cleaning crew would just perform their jobs better. In the end, rather than "Perfect," I'd say "Very Good." Overall, I rated it 5/5 stars and would stay there again, expecting most or all of the cons will be addressed. I hope you appreciate the input, Lou... We look forward to next time! :)
