Room was spacious, clean and well appointed. Just off the main street so convenient to shops and restaurants. Daily servicing of the room was deficient, didn't make bed or replace bathroom products.

Thank you for the great review. Just to clarify that we can only make the beds if they are free of personal belongings. Plenty of bathroom products were provided for your 2 night stay but we do apologise if there wasn't enough for you.

A great place to stay

Unit could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Spider webs on the ceiling and grime in the room.

No complaints really, just thought it was odd not having anywhere to wash dishes. Didn’t want to wash in the bath basin as was scared would break something. Overall great location and very clean.

Nice place but no staff to help you
Posted Apr. 5, 2023 on HotelsThe guesthouse is situated just a short walk away from the main street in MR, and only a couple of minutes from a supermarket.
Checking at the property is rather interesting, as you just show up with no one manning reception (in fact, the entire time we were there it was never manned) and pick up an envelope to get the key to your room. if you need to get in touch with anyone, you gotta use your own data and phone, if you have trouble entering the room, which is annoying when you come from abroad. We also explicitly communicated about a bed for our child to be provided and it wasn't there when we arrived so we had to call the owner.
Other than that a nice place for a short stay in the area.

Thank you for your review.As you hadn't provided your phone number we were unable to call you as you were clearly checking in late.The office is manned 8 hours a day but we often pop out to do other duties, we are only a small company and our staff are multi-tasking. WE ARE AVAILABLE 24HRS A DAY.You booked a unit for 2 people but showed up with 3 having already been informed we could accommodate 3 persons.
