Room smelled like mold. I contacted corporate and asked the front desk for a new room. The employee immediately said it’s not mold. He came to the room to smell and said he didn’t smell anything. The odor was strong. I had to go to the front desk to get my new room key humans the employee was on the phone with his boss cuz corporate called. Again I’m just being told is not mold by both and acting like im lying.

Hotel is musty and needs to be aired!

The room had been refurbished. But had a musty smell. I couldn’t sleep at night and started wheezing. So I opened the window to let fresh air in. There are train tracks behind the hotel and the noise of the train kept waking us up. The bed was soft and had bed bugs and hair on the sheets. There was food left over in the kitchenette sink. Overall it was a pretty bad experience and I will NEVER stay here again.

The bed was very comfortable, room was nice. Toilet was shaky when you got up and moved. Worst part of the place, it smelled like pot in the hallways. It was very disgusting to smell it when you left your room or came into the building. Breakfast was yummy.
