Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. House sits on Markleeville Creek where the fish are abundant and the aspens whisper in the wind. Close to town and rooms have been newly renovated as well as flooring and kitchen. The famous Cutthroat is now open and serving great food and can handle large groups. Markleeville Store is a great place to pick up what you may have forgotten and the Stonefly draws crowds from afar. Plenty of parking. The perfect place to get away.

The space
House is 3 full bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Has a wrap around porch for those wonderful evenings of enjoying the sound of the water. Large yard complete with horseshoe pit for a great family and friend fun. House has beds for 6 and a queen air mattress for 2 additional guests. Home is located close to Grover Hot Springs State Park, 25 miles from So. Lake Tahoe, 18 miles from Genoa Nevada. Pleanty of space for hiking, fishing, exploring or gambling in Gardnerville/Minden Nevada.
