The property was clean and in good condition however, I had difficulty sleeping due to a very noisy HVAC system and air vent outside of my room.

Room and facilities were clean. Breakfast was amazing and the staff working breakfast friendly and caring, especially the men cooking the omelettes. Parking plentiful. We had an issue with getting our room cleaned (3 requests) never cleaned the 3 nights we were there and requested clean towels never showed. The Whirlpool was filled with little kids and kid toys. Parents were there using it as the kiddie pool. Complained to the front and no-one did anything about it.

We like Hilton hotels when we travel. This Embassy Suites in Marlborough MA, was very nice. Next time we visit Marlborough, we will use this again.
