Nice and clean

We stopped with the family on our way back from New-York. Was clean ans staff friendly. Good choices at the breakfast. Pool is also decent, nice place to stop.

Lit pas très confortable base de lit brisé et déjeuner très ordinaire pour un Hampton Inn et ne ramasse pas les serviettes quand nous prenons la chambre deux nuit faut allez en demander au lobby.

It was disheartening to read about the issues you encountered during your stay in regards to the bed not being comfortable as well as not replacing your towels during your stay and wish we could have addressed this during your stay. We do apologize but housekeeping services are by request only. I’m sorry if this was not relayed to you at check in. I will be sure to have my Engineer check the bed to ensure all is ok. We take these concerns seriously and place great emphasis on maintaining a clean and healthy safe environment for all of our guests. Your concerns have been relayed to our leadership team and together we will make sure steps are taken so this does not happen again. We value your feedback and your business.
