9 jours (du 26 juillet au 5 aoĂ»t 2025) avec un problĂšme diffĂ©rents tous les jours. Pas de Clim, pas d’eau chaude dans la douche et pas de serviettes de bains tous les jours.Restauration du petit dĂ©jeunĂ©, du midi et du soir catastrophique ( 3h d’attente/attaque de chats/70% de la carte non dispo). Chambre non faites tous les jours et par endroit trĂšs vĂ©tuste . Gardien d’hĂŽtel non prĂ©sent tous les soirs (prĂ©voir de sauter le mur pour rentrer dans sa chambre). Merci au personnel qui fait son max avec le peu de moyen donnĂ© par l’établissement. Pour les courageux l’accĂšs routier est compliquĂ© (20 min de chemin de pierre sans lumiĂšre). VĂ©hicule indispensable car trĂšs loin de tout.

J’ai rĂ©servĂ© une chambre dans cet hĂŽtel pour un court sĂ©jour, mais l’expĂ©rience a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs dĂ©cevante. DĂšs mon arrivĂ©e, j’ai constatĂ© plusieurs problĂšmes : – La chambre n’était pas prĂȘte et ne correspondait pas Ă  la rĂ©servation (j’avais demandĂ© un lit double et trois lits simples, il n’y avait que deux lits simples). – Aucun frigidaire dans la chambre, ce qui est pourtant un service de base dans la majoritĂ© des hĂŽtels. – Le cadenas de la porte Ă©tait dĂ©fectueux, et il fallait plus de 2 minutes d’efforts Ă  chaque fois pour rĂ©ussir Ă  ouvrir la porte. – À la piscine, les serviettes n’étaient disponibles que le premier jour, puis plus rien pour le reste du sĂ©jour. Le gĂ©rant, Monsieur David, s’est montrĂ© poli et Ă  l’écoute, mais aucune solution concrĂšte n’a Ă©tĂ© apportĂ©e. Les problĂšmes sont restĂ©s non rĂ©solus. Pour le tarif payĂ©, je m’attendais Ă  un service bien plus professionnel et Ă  des installations fonctionnelles. Je ne recommande pas cet hĂŽtel et je n’y retournerai jamais.

Endroit magnifique un super accueil de mme fatima Ă  l'Ă©coute et trĂšs rĂ©active au demandes. Dommage que le service ne suive pas,carte excessive pour la qualitĂ© des produits proposĂ©s,petit dĂ©jeuner mediocre pour le maroc(6nuits)crĂȘpes chocolat et tartines confiture!!,pas vu une femme de mĂ©nage en 6jours. MalgrĂ© tout l'endroit est magnifique calme une super piscine nous reviendrons y faire un tour quand le personnel et la carte sera au top. Bonne continuation a Mme fatima qui y met toute son Ă©nergies pour rendre cette endroit a la hauteur.

Vacker och lugn plats som ligger ganska ensligt utanför Marrakech sÄ egen bil eller taxi om man vill Äka in till Marrakech. VÀrdarna var vÀldigt vÀlkomnande, trevliga och hjÀlpsamma. Omgivningen var harmonisk och poolen vÀldigt bra. Bra restaurang med bra mat. Vi betalade 90 MAD för sallad och mellan 200-250 MAD för köttrÀtter. Ingen kreditkort utan kontanter fungerade. Vi var mycket nöjda och rekommenderar för en avkopplande semester.
