Riad Special is a recently renovated property, located in the Sidi Momoun district of the Medina of Marrakech, just 10 minutes walking from Place Jamaa el Fna.
This beautiful Riad can accommodate 14 guests in 7 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, they are spread between the two courtyards, in details the room from 1 to 5 are located in the traditional one with a small pool, table and chairs for a relaxing chatting, an open lounge niche and a very nice living room with fireplace, sofas TV,DVD and a dining area with table and chairs for 16 person.
The rooms 6 and 7 are located in the second courtyard, with a modern and contemporary style, here you will find also a massage room with shower and a small seating area.

All the bedrooms have a private bathroom with shower, very colored details and all the comfort for a perfect sleep, like the air conditioning.

Room 1 on ground floor has a king size bed.
Room 2 on the first floor has a king size bed plus a single bed and a living area with sofa.
Room 3 on the first floor has a king size bedrooms
Room 4 on the first floor has a king size bed a living area and the TV
Room 5 on the second floor has a king size bed
Room 6 on the first floor has a double bed 140cm, the bathtub and the TV

Discovering the spaces outside the guests will appreciate also a fantastic roof terrace with a second swimming pool 5x2.6 meters, a spacious terrace with umbrellas and sunbeds, a dining area for the summer dinners with table and chairs for 14 persons, the BBQ and a small kitchen, by a stairs we arrive at the upper terrace with an outdoor shower, 8 sunbeds for a perfect day in relax out of the noises of the city, from here is possible to admire a beautiful view on the Medina and the Atlas mountains.

Riad Special is a fully staffed property with cook and maids, it is possible to book the dinner and lunch for an extra cost, please note that the property is not self catering, the staff will prepare all your meals; if you want you can book a massage for 400DH per hour, this is the place where to spend an unforgettable holiday with friends and the family in the center of Marrakech but with the privacy and services guaranteed.
Is it possible,on request, to rent less rooms for a lower price.

Rental rules

It is not allowed to organize events in the property without prior approval

Pool has no swimming guard
The house chef/cook prepares all meals. Meals and beverages will be charged to your final bill.
This property is not self catering. Food and drinks are exclusively provided by the staff

The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
