From the beginning the greeting was poor, they gave us a room and then changed us to another one: on the other side of the Riad ,damp and smelly, with dirty curtains, the water kept coming out as hot and cold, we had to ask twice for the wifi code, for dinner we waited 50 mins for just starters, for breakfast I asked if the juice and yoghurt had added sugars the waiter said no when in fact it was full of sugar I had to take my medecine immediately to compensate.. overall we are extremely disappointed we have never experienced this in Marrakech I guess the staff tries its best but is not trained or informed as they seem to be overworked part-time students. On top of that they advertised a bottle of wine as a welcome gift that they never gave us.
