It was nice once we switched rooms. The first room smelled of smoke but all the rooms are suppose to be non-smoking so some guest didn’t follow the rules!

Very good hot water supply. Poolside room can be noisy until 10 pm, with unwanted light coming into the room in spite of black out curtains. Great breakfast offerings. Close to University.

This place is TIRED. Time for major refresh or…..tear it down and start over. Carpets worn. Peeling paint in bathroom. Holes in the drapes. Staff was nice as could be. But it’s difficult working in a spot like this.

Disappointed

Room needed a thorough cleaning. Area under the beds had dust and tissues, wrappers, etc. There was no smoke alarm. It had been removed from its base on the wall. It was a Friday night. Teens were running down the hall until 1:30 in the morning. My husband tried to call the front dest but the land line telephone didn't work.
