House keeping didn't refill towels, toliet paper, or take out trash. Management didn't make us aware that they would not be serving breakfast or coffee. No one was ever at the desk even when we rang the bell. Rang outside door bell to get someone to the window to ask for towels. They said they had none readily available. They left 2 small towels in the room while we were gone. No wash clothes, or hand towels. Ice machine didn't work. No signs making customers aware of any of this. Cord of a/c had wire showing and stopped working in the middle of the night. Room was not that clean, holes and stains on the blankets, cable would go in an out. A/c was rusted and busted. Worst experience we have had here. Do not recommend.

The refrigerator was broken, the heater didn’t work, and the tv was broken.

Management is very nice and courteous. If you call ahead, they are willing to work with you as far as arrival times and all. Continental breakfast was great as well.

There were cockroaches in the rooms and I got bedbug bites all over me. I moved rooms cause of the bugs, just to find more bugs in the new room.

The property looks NOTHING like it does online. From the moment I walked in the front door to check in I was concerned. When I opened the door to the room I knew I was not staying. It smelled like dirty construction workers. The AC HEATING unit was filthy literally with dirt and didn’t look to be completely sealed from the outside. I turned around and walked out. When I told the receptionist that I was not staying. She refused to refund my money because I paid through a third party. I left and got a room at the Econo Lodge with great service at check in and a spotless room.
