Tried to rip me off

Even though i had already paid $60.19 and had an email showing that they told me to canel that reservation and said i had to pay $125 for the night, then blamed it on Hotels.com for messing up my reservation even after they told me they gave my rrom away. They did refund my money which they wouldn't have done if i didnt actually have a reservation

Not a bad stay just may want to lower expectations
Publié le 7 oct. 2019 sur HotelsHotel is decent.. The room smelled to high heaven of cigarettes and had to go to walmart to get candles. The tub dripped all the time and the toilet wouldnt fill back up with water so i had to use ice bucket to refill the tank. Other than that the floors and beds were clean and the ac work thats all that mattered to me. Oh and the coffee in the morning pretty darn good!

We were in town for a local event and this was the only room I could find with availability in the days prior. Upon arrival, "NEWLY REMODELED ROOMS" was on the marquee. Apparently that was in a different part of the hotel.

We found bed bugs and smoking pipes and burn holes everywhere. It was terrible.
