The front door had no lock from the inside (staying with 4 kids under 7), the shower door was broken (missing an entire panel) and I had to park in another unit's car park as the unit that we were in didn't have an allocated park (even though it was requested). It's really hard to park a larger vehicle in the car parks and drive around the complex

Can highly recommend -
The room/bathroom was immaculately clean, bed very comfy, adequate cutlery, microwave, mini fridge stocked with bottled water and small milk cartons. Coffee sachets were Moccona!
The lovely Reception guy was very accomodating to my needs - I had a stuffed knee so couldn’t use steps, so he happily changed my room to ground floor.
Can’t comment on the pool as I didn’t use it.
Will def stay again next time :)

Loved yhat the property was very clean but didn't smell like bleach. Comfortable bed and nice quiet sleep. Convenient late check-in key pick up. Great communications. Will definitely stay again.
