The room itself was not bad, appeared to be clean and the room we had was large with a small sink, fridge and microwave area. Biggest downsides the bed was horrible, and there was constant freight trains going close by all night (not the hotels fault but not a great location). Outside the room the hotel itself seemed a little run down, and the area around the hotel didn’t come across as the safest.

Jacuzzi room was great staff was nice a few tweakers around the area but the stayed in there own lane a lil sketchy but overall a good experience close to down town and everything we love we will be back

Cold stay
Publié le 10 déc. 2023 sur HotelsWe got to our room amd the windows were all open (40 outside). The heater took forever to heat up.
Check out was 11 am. At 10:30 we get two phone calls and no one answered then they came to the room. She was rude and told me she call 2 times and i didn't answer, but i did. I slso let her know check says 11 not 10:30.
