Very bad experience

Arrived and were told we were getting the last available room. Our room was in a separate bldg. When I opened the door it was clear the room was already rented out. Drive back to the lobby and told the clerk that room was taken. We did not ever receive the type of room our reservation called for. She gave us a reserve room that was 2 double beds not the queen size with a couch and recliner we had been guaranteed. The tv was not hooked up to the internet. I rang the lobby desk and it rang at least 30x and was never answered. The wall heat/air unit did not work properly. In the morning I brought all this to the front desk clerk who was there again. All she said was she was sorry. Will never stay there again.

Parking seemed safe with good lighting. The only drawbacks were the soaps in the bathroom were stinky (so bring your own), the shower could have used more pressure, and the lobby smelled a bit musty/moldy. Common areas were very nice but we didn't have a need to use them other than for breakfast.
