Villa Gera is a characteristic and welcoming two-story villa in a quiet position, located on a hillside above the sea. It sleeps 16 people. From Villa Gera you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of the island of Capri and of the greenery. Villa Gera is 570 square meters (6140 square feet). It features a panoramic private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2.3 km (1.45 miles) from Massa Lubrense, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards), a grocery store at 500 meters (550 yards), the bus stop a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (San Montano beach) at 4 km (roughly 2.5 miles). You will reach Villa Gera from the parking area going up approximately three stairway steps.
For a successful stay at Villa Gera we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.
Villa Gera is tended by the owner, who resides in an apartment with separate entrance on the bottom floor.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: final cleaning; parking; linens and towels; electricity. Tourist tax, paid locally: From April 1 to October 31: EUR 2.00 per person per night for the first 5 nights. Guests aged under 18 are exempt. Guests older than 75 are exempt.
Patio
The patio is 250 square meters (2690 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof and by trees. It is equipped with armchairs and with tables and chairs.
Garden
The garden is 700 square meters (7500 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic olive trees. It is equipped with sun loungers. From the garden you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of the island of Capri.
Ground FloorDining Room
The dining room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. In the dining room is equipped with a counter, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The two dining tables can accommodate 16 guests. In the dining room you will find a small wood-fired pizza oven. From the dining room you will be able to enter a small terrace through a French door. The room also has a high window.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room through a corridor, climbing three steps. It is equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven and a refrigerator with freezer. The kitchen has two windows.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the patio or from a corridor going down four steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). An additional twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance) to make it a triple room. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. The room has a high window. Here you will also find a mini refrigerator.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the patio through an external access. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. The room also has a small high window, as well as a high window. Here you will also find a mini refrigerator. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid white and blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom climbing four steps.
Bedroom 3 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the garden through an external access. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). There is an age-old fireplace, for decorative purposes only. The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. The room has a high window, as well as a porthole window. Here you will also find a mini refrigerator. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid white and blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

The terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is equipped with two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of the island of Capri and of the greenery.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include two sofas and armchairs. In this room you will find an upright piano, for decorative purposes only. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks and Firenzuola stone. The room also has a window, as well as a Juliet balcony.
Bedroom 4 - a suite with en-suite bathroom
This suite is made up by three interconnected rooms: a sleeping area, a sitting area and a bathroom. You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). Two additional single beds are available (if requested in advance) to make it a quadruple room. The furnishings include two bedroom chairs. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace and another small terrace through two French doors. The room also has a Juliet balcony, as well as a window with a view of the sea. Here you will also find a mini refrigerator. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid yellow majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower, a jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer.
