Very close to train station. Entire building seems outdated. The other green rich hotel closer by is a far better choice, this one clearly felt like the budget version.

Golden Week 2021

When you first get there, it seems like it's a standard, up-to-standards Japanese business hotel. But...my request of having a corner and/or a room not in between two other active rooms was not honored. Then I got placed in a room next to the elevator. I didn't notice it at first, but I could hear the elevator noise going up and down ALL THE TIME. Either the elevator is faulty and/or the walls are too thin. I asked to change rooms, but couldn't as it was too late and full. So I was stuck with this room for 3 nights; I could change after that. The new room was on a different floor and about 3-4 doors down from my original room. Nevertheless, you can still hear the elevator! Of course not as loudly though. I was surprised. Then I also noticed that the doors are cheap and the gap between the floor and the door is large, so you can hear hallway noise TOO MUCH. The signs in the hallway, "Please Be Quiet" attest to this I guess...So for the whole stay, I had to sleep with uncomfortable earplugs in. I'm not sure I want to give this hotel chain another try. One can assume it's the same quality for the other locations.

Lovely first stay in Matsue City

Nice clean room with friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect, right down the street from Shinji Lake and near a bunch of fun restaurants. The bed was a little hard but it still gave us a great night’s sleep. Would definitely stay there again!

Good standard of businessmen's hotel, Similar to Toyoko Inn opposite. Very convenient to station. Breakfast is okay/sufficient fir style of hotel. Would definitely consider using Green Rich hotels again.

Not realy great, but ... good location for sure

Undoubtedly, the hotel is aged and tired without having any manjor renovations for many years. Service was OK as a typical "business" hotel in this country. However, its location is very close from the main station of Matsue, and a good convenience store, 711, is just next to the facility. May not be the first choice, but ... if others are occupied and/or too expensive, this might well be an option.

The hotel has artificial hot springs to help you relax. It also has yukata and comfy pillows available. It’s clean and very convenient to the station. The Asian-style breakfast is good value. On the minus side, my bed was hard as a board, and I could hear the mechanics of the lift all night - get a room away from the lifts.

This is the worst hotel I have ever lived in my life. We were checked into a room with trash on the floor and no wifi. I demanded room change and that young poor staff was helpful. What made me really uncomfortable is when we discovered that my daughter forgot her favorite thing in the room and asked if they can help to ship it back on our own cost, the manager just replied "no such thing was found". The attitude is as cold and as bad as the interior decoration and environment. NEVER stay here if you're finding a place for your family.
