Discover our inviting holiday home in the idyllic holiday village of Mauth, a state-approved holiday resort in the heart of the picturesque Bavarian Forest. Approximately 12 kilometres from Freyung, our home offers the perfect blend of tranquillity and proximity to numerous leisure activities. With its breathtaking location, it is the ideal starting point for your adventures.
Inside you will find a tasteful and comfortable interior of approx. 140 mÂČ, ideal for 1 to 7 people. The centrepiece on the first floor of around 108 mÂČ comprises three bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with satellite TV and dining area. An additional bedroom and a living area are located on the ground floor. Two bathrooms - one with a shower, the other with a bathtub that also invites you to take a shower - complete the space on offer. There are also amenities such as a travel cot, a high chair and free Wi-Fi to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The outdoor area impresses with a roof terrace measuring more than 30 mÂČ, which invites you to barbecue, sunbathe and relax. Enjoy the wonderful view over the village to the forest. Although there is no garden, your four-legged friend is very welcome here.
The surrounding area of Mauth offers something for everyone: hiking trails right on the doorstep, an idyllic bathing lake, the Bavarian Forest National Park with animal enclosure and treetop path, as well as cross-country skiing centres and ski runs just a few minutes away by car. Shopping facilities, banks, restaurants and the cultural offerings of the three-river city of Passau are also within easy reach. Thanks to the included guest card, you can also use buses and the forest railway free of charge.
