Norris Lakefront Getaway Near Beach Island Marina
Our lakefront home "Ole Charleston" sits in a quiet cove with year-round water and a private boat dock. Convenient location just 1 mile off Maynardville Highway down Hickory Valley Road. Beach Island Marina is only a couple miles away to launch your boat. They offer boat and jet ski rentals and Boathouse 33 (Bubba Brews) Restaurant which features live bands and corn hole. We are only 6 miles to Food City and Dollar General in Maynardville and 30 minutes to Knoxville.
The 2 upstairs bedrooms each have king sized beds and amazing lake views. The main level features a large living area that boasts tons of windows and is open to the kitchen which is fully stocked. There is a half bath on this floor. There is a spacious deck, just recently covered, with outdoor seating, ceiling fans, a TV and gas grill. The walk-out basement is perfect for the kids and teenagers with another living area that has a air hockey table, streaming BluRay player, sleeping corridor with 2 king sized beds and full bath. There is a patio off this level with additional outdoor seating and access to another deck for sunbathing and access to steps down to the dock. There’s a private boat dock with a covered boat slip and a 12x16 swim platform and kayak for our renters to enjoy.
