I rented this property specifically for viewing the total solar eclipse of April 8th, 2024. The ground floor location opened onto a private patio which faced the pools and common garden / picnic areas. The unit was super modern and clean. Washer / dryer were new. AC worked great. Security gate and parking right in front of the unit. The pool was super comfortable and enjoyable despite all of the kids and families using it. The eclipse viewing turned out fantastic and the entire stay was excellent.

Fun in Mazatlan

Had a great time, property was spotlessly clean, the staff was always working in the mornings to keep the grounds well maintained and looking good. The other guests were all very friendly, my dog Lucy, was loved by all, she was very spoiled by everyone. It was a fantastic month long vacation.

Nice place but not as advertised

Place was beautiful, new like listing said however there was no washer or dryer as advertised. Host did say would be installed soon after because its new, but when we asked again instead they changed listing to remove it. So we had to find a place to do laundry, door didnt have stopper so insects came in. Card didnt work to enter community so had to give ID and tell them where we stayed at.No iron either, but other than that place was very nice.
